The house and the farm was just amazing. The house is spacious and very well equipped with everything you'll need for a self-catering stay. The giraffes often came grazing close to the house which was such a unique experience. We will surely be back.

The wood was not included. We used (bought) 2 bags of wood for the hot tub, but we only got it to lukewarm.

There was a code on the gate, then we checked ourselves in. The keys were in the door. No people around which was fantastic, only girafs, zebras and bucks. Spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, lots of cutlery and crockery in the kitchen. We were 4 adults but even for 6 or 8 adults there would have been plenty of space.

We just love that we can relax and enjoy some great family downtime away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The house has everything you need and the excitement of seeing the wildlife close up as you braai or from the hot tub is very special.

A wonderful stay on a comfortable and well equipped guest farm. The wildlife was incredible, especially on our last night where the giraffe came so close to the house, the star gazing from the comfort of the wood burning hot tub and the hiking to the mountain streams were all highlights. We loved the stay and can’t wait to go back.

The price of the wood was a bit steep, and only 1 bag of complimentary wood provided was a bit disappointing when you wanted to braai, especially if you're staying for more than one night. And we also wanted to light the hot tub, and 1 bag of wood wasn't enough to get it properly heated. Also take the map for the 4x4 route, we didn't take it with and ended up on a very difficult road to navigate up the mountain and we're not sure if we're going to make it back down in one piece.

The solitude was great and stunning views. I don't think I've ever seen so many stars at night. Loved watching the animals as well.

It was a wonderful stay at this exquisite lodge! It was such an experience to stay alone on this huge farm with the animals - Giraffes, Elands, Springbok, Ostrich. It is not so easy to get around with a 2x4 car, but we loved walking around! Everything in the house is best quality, superclean, luxurious. There were even fresh flowers for us:) Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautifully designed, spacious and well-equipped farm house, which offer special views of the Klein Karoo. Roaming game, at times close to the house and well marked hiking routes enhanced our stay. We cannot wait to visit again, thank you Leeanne and team!

We really do not have any complaints. Everything was great!! Would have loved to stay longer.

The endless beautiful views from every window and every part of the lovely stoep was so good for our souls! The kids loved the jacuzzi and exploring the area and everybody marvelled at all the wildlife. The house was not only clean and comfortable, there was also such attention to detail that you felt so spoiled! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and braai.

Beautiful lodging with attention to detail make this a special place. A very spacious house with wrap around veranda. Spotlessly clean with complimentary fresh flowers in the living area, rusks and coffee. Big, fully equipped kitchen. The game farm is set against one mountain range with a view over another. We enjoyed game and bird viewing on foot. The quests to the lodge are the only occupants on the farm. The night skies as only in the Karoo. We will be back

A bit more light around the BBQ wouldn't harm...

It was one of the best properties we stayed in so far. Magical place, having all the animals just some meters away from you. We didn't need to drive around at all. The giraffes were checking on us daily. :) The house itself is huge and has everything one may need and beyond. Easy accessible with 2x4. So don't hesitate to book.

The isolation and privacy was just incredible. T here wasn't a house or person in site. It felt like true freedom... the house is gorgeous, clean and you want for nothing. The hosts have really thought of everything. As a Couples getaway it was paradise. We were so lucky, going for a short sunset drive on the farm, we were suddenly faced with giraffes, a variety of deer, buck and antelope, one zebra who is definitely a buck in his eyes as he cruises with the herd everywhere they go. We saw wildebeest, ostrich, a variety of birds and more. It was more than we ever expected. Stunning...
