We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThere was a damp spot on the carpet when I arrived. That gave unpleasant smell. However the smell was isolated. I suppose the spot had not dried prior to my arrival and no one made sure about that.
The location was close to where I had an appointment. So it was very convenient. I liked the friendly staff who were very helpful. A gentleman named Katiso was very considerate whenever I had a query. Not forgetting the lady (whose name I forgot).

I think you need a be chef or perhaps just improve on the breakfast I was also disappointed to learn that my bookings.com booking did not include breakfast, however when I booked through booking.com the option I chose said it included breakfast. That meant I had to pay extra for breakfast when I arrived. This is false advertising. Please sort it out
