There was nobody to assist with carrying my bags upstairs to my room.

The shower door is very low (1.70m). Hit my head on it twice unfortunately.

All was good at the Ruby Stone Hotel. Located in a safe area close to the shopping malls. Rooms are not super modern but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Would stay again.

This is EXACTLY what a traveler needs, a clean place to overnight, inhouse restaurant, loads of room, HUGE bed, just awesome! Very accommodating staff as well, loads of parking, small shopping centre just around the corner, one of the better neighborhoods in Polokwane.

The round table in the room, chairs, desk and TV might need a bit of an upgrade but overall, it was not bad.

Very nice place with friendly staff. I was upgraded to the executive suite which was a huge spoil. I had dinner there and the food was absolutely amazing and very well priced. The breakfast was great! Nice and clean with very comfortable bed.

I believe there is room for improvement with regards to cleanliness. I slept in sheets that had a few dirt marks, thankfully they did not have any smell. I had to wait for hot water in the morning, it took about 2 hours from 10 to get warm water and it wasn’t that warm, it soon got cold quickly.

I very much enjoyed the breakfast, balanced meal with fresh veggies and the taste was fantastic. I had an early leave and the staff was nice enough to make a takeaway for me, very much appreciated that.

The place needs a bit of a touch up with respect to minor stuff like paint that was chipping off the wall, and they are still using really old equipment like the tv's they had in the rooms, the ottoman was also falling inward

Little maintenance not kept up to date, eg bathroom towel rail in number 16 needs to be fixed, water not flowing out in shower in number 12, toilet cistern/pan shaky in number 13. Yeah, i am a frequent guest. The exit gate is a bit dodgy as you need to park too close to the exit button. Maybe remotes for each guest may help. Hotel ran out of butter for 2 days, and when stock came in on the third day, it was margarine and not butter. The breakfast is good ... i am a vegetarian so I skipped the traditional English breakfast.....could do with a better quality of omelette.

Housekeeping could be better (cleaner), we had a similar issue during our previous stay. Sadly the room my colleague was in had cockroaches. :( Again, housekeeping could have informed the owners/management of the issue so fumigation is arranged. You guys have a lovely establishment; your weakest link is housekeeping.

Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The breakfast is also quite nice. We requested vegan breakfast for my colleague, and it was arranged accordingly.

I was disappointed about the TV, there was no channels for SABC,super sport,et ,it was only only 1 boring channel for advertisement.

I've enjoyed a lot about the breakfast, keep it up also like ur menu, but u must add the slices of bread becouse 1 is not enough, but in overall u got 99%
