We spent the past weekend at Villa 2811 with our family and it was outstanding. The villa is modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with more than enough room for everyone to relax. It was spotless and well maintained, which made us feel at home straight away. The kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor space, while we appreciated the quiet, safe estate and the easy access to both the beach and the golf course. The setting is perfect for families who want a mix of relaxation and activity. Check-in and communication were smooth, and everything we needed was provided. Our stay was stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. Villa 2811 gave us the perfect family getaway and we’ll definitely be coming back.

I should have brough some dishwashing tablets and even laundry detergent, we enjoyed the place too much to wonder out to the shop. Remember to keep all the doors and windows closed, the monkeys are naughty and definitely not afraid of humans

It is centrally situated—about a five minute drive to the golf course, hotel, shop, and restaurant, and only a short drive or walk to the Mashie Par 3 golf course and from the beach for those in search of sun and surf. The building itself looks a little dated especially with the brown paint, makes it looks a little old and boring. I guess this is the San Lameer management not keeping this state of the building to standard.

The unit inside is very comfortable and clean with some nice touches.

The apartment had all the creature comforts of home. Kitchen ware is of a very high standard. The unit had everything we needed. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Very clean

The glass table , although it was aesthetically pleasing, wasn't really practical especially with kids .

We loved the kitchen, every item was off excellent quality. We admired how neat, clean and well maintained the villa was. Bathrooms were super clean ! Beds were comfortable. Loved the fine details around the villa. Villa is close walking distance to the beach.

Directions given with the map and from the main office was incorrect Parking bay too small Main bedroom and toilet in 1, for me this is a no no....pics and information regarding this accom did not make this clear.

Our weekend away was absolutely perfect in every aspect, right from the most friendly and sincere host and booking process to the immaculate villa stocked up with just about everything you could think of. The rooms were super comfy and bathrooms extremely clean. We will most certainly be returning soon :D

As a family, we are always looking for affordability, space and cleanliness. This villa has ticked all the boxes. I appreciated the fact that the villa looked exactly like the pictures. We were spoilt for choice when it came to Crockery and pots and pans. The owner definitely gave us a taste of luxury.

The only thing that we didn't like was leaving and that we couldn't stay longer.

Loved the Villa very professionally designed and maintained. Stocked with everything that we needed. The host was amazing and absolutely helpful with our stay. A lot of thought and work out in to ensuring that us as guests were taken care off 5 star all round.

The stay was short.

The location. Peace an quite. Walk around the golf course. Entry to the Beach and estate kept us feeling safe. Secured area. Scenery. The villa it self was everything goid and positive about it. Enjoyed what we expected.

The process of checking in was rather tedious. I understand security is priority but in my view it was rather extreme...from photos ( angles, chin down, no smiles etc) , ID's , signatures etc. Reminds me of SA customs process. Personally just the person who booked could have been screened...but each guest was tedious and stressful.

Everything was good. A lovely unit designed with great taste and pride. A very plesant peaceful getaway. The unit was excellently equipped. Clean, beautiful and fresh. Loved it..thank you Keating. ❤️

the cleaner was in our space on the 1st 2 days and busy using the washing machine etc. no bin lid on the outside bin and only 1 toilet roll in each toilet. otherwise, excellent
