Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The standards has gone down,Most of the properties are old eg Tables out side, the blankets are torn.Spider webs in the room and the pool was not working. The water was very dirty. The room had a strange smell
The contents are perfect but they should STOP using used oil for cooking for their guests.For all the days I stayed the breakfast had blackish stuff on it.

The pools. We expected to have a pool near the rooms not the outside pools that was mixed with lots of people,some where drinking while swimming. They didn't clean the pool that was near the rooms and other pools where not clean. Inside the room they forget to put 2 teaspoon to correspond with the cups. They should put two chairs instead of 1 for couples
Breakfast was right and chef he/she is good in kitchen. The orders came to our rooms at the time we expect them and our food were wrapped. The sugar, teas and milk where there to the room and the kettle. The location is good

personally, i had trouble with the mosquitos especially in the bathroom and toilet.
the staff were quite welcoming and assisted us the in the best way they could considering our late arrival. the rooms were nice and comfy with operating ACs which was a plus.

The facility was dirty outside and the pool and slide area looked abandoned. We wanted to swim, but couldn't because it was dirty. My kids were looking forward to playing on the slides and pool. When we arrived our room wasn't ready.
The fresh clean bedding and bed. The lady who was on night shift on Saturday was so helpful, I wish I knew her name.

The pools needs maintenance, rooms 39 only had cold water.
I liked their room Service. Replaced sanitary in time We had enough braai stands, enough seating and safe parking.

The restaurant menu was very basic. Some choices were not available. The staff minimally trained and unknowable, though willing. Overall, the resort needs basic maintenance, as does the room. There were no hoeks in the bathroom. Only one of the two reading lamps (great because rare in RSA) worked, the other one had died.
The bed was great, the aircon worked. The access was easily found. It was clean. We arrived too late to make use of the water facilities, which saw were in place.

The room was disappointing spiders were all over,,the stuff should do deep cleaning further dusting every place n behind TV,on the corner,the did not change the bedding I feel that should be done every day Nd bring clean towels not just mopping that's not ok,I was not satisfied with the stuff I think they still need some training on how or what is expected of them.room must have the mosquito repellent,

Nature and l see nice swimming pool and Baboon. My son will be happy to see baboon so closed.

I was disconnected as I use MTN network, I had to drive out of the property to make calls. Wifi should be offered.

mosquitoes, Rooms not clean , dirty sheets. water closer to reception turned green with Algae and mosquitoes are breeding there.
