We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaSuggestions, 1. pls mount tv onto the wall so guests aren’t on the edge when kids are playing in the lounge ;-) 2. pls look at repairing the couches, they are sunken and my elderly guests couldn’t sit on them. 3. pls make candles and backup lights available for load-shedding 4. kindly change light bulbs to brighter higher watts, the unit felt rather dark with the many overcast days 5. please service aircons 6. clean/maintain balcony roof as the residue falls onto table when in use. 7. please keep 2 brooms, one for indoor & one for outdoor 8. try to include daily servicing of unit into rate as it’s easier when we are on holiday and just want to rest with kids ;-) 9. pls replace light bulbs on extractor, with the dim kitchen lights, it was difficult to see the stove plates.

South AfricaBe ware the Santorini apartments caretaker has a strict policy that was never shared with us before our arrival in Santorini. The quantum taxi is not allowed in the premises, it doesn't matter how hard you try to explain that you were not aware and the owner of Santorini unit E couldn't help us with the issue except to take us to one of their vacation apartments. We had to park outside the place and we were issued with a R500 ticket for bad parking. On Sunday the taxi was not allowed inside to take our trolley for departure, we had to push it to the gate and I felt so defeated the whole time. That
The photos don't do justice The place is beautiful and classy. It was clean and ready for us to enjoy our weekend.The sea view was amazing, with the fresh sound of the ocean. The owner extended our check out to 11:00 am, and that gave us enough time to enjoy the Margate beach.

South Africathe moisture and mustiness and mugginess of the property. the linen and beds and pillows smelt terrible. we could barely breathe properly when the doors were locked. the rear bedrooms were a nightmare. my aunts had trouble breathing. my daughter ended up being sick. i cannot understand why such a property would be leased. the roof also had a water leak. water was on the floor. another health hazard. a terrible destination.

South AfricaThe welcome smell when we opened the lounge door was terrible. The noise in the complex after hours was unbearable at night. The apartment was unhygienic. Sofas were mouldy and damp with an odour which made us sick and so was the blinds and frames in the rooms with mould. The toilet floors were mouldy with a smell. The entire apartment had a mouldy smell. Very disappointing holiday!!! ... won't recommend this holiday destination and neither would we go to this place again🙃👎👎👎👎
