The pictures on bookings.com give a false sense of quality. The place is very basic. They need to do serious maintenance around the entire guest house. Looks dilapidated and "old".

The view is exquisite. Day / Night, you get to experience and adore the ocean.

On the day of arrival, we did wait abit and I wasn't happy about it we seem stranded .. I was expecting that there will be someone( a security )by the gate welcoming people who are coming for check-in then call for manager to help us along , that is one thing I saw which seems to be unorganized but rather than that , the rest is okay

Location is perfect , close to a mall and there are nearby restaurants.

The maid tried to embezzle us. She was looking for a small mistake so we would relinquish our deposit. She ended up claiming there was an irremovable stain on the sheets, just so we would send her an e-wallet payment of R250.00 to prevent her from reporting the stain. She even made me wash my own glass and said that if I didn’t, I might be charged R250.00 because it had charcoal residue on it. She was clearly trying to find any angle to get some extra cash from us.

The host was wonderful the guy was so kind and patient, he relaxed some of the rules for us by taking our luggage before check-in and letting us wait for our drver in side after check-out time, he was so helpful great Gent well done 👏

The sliding door was so heavy, every day was a struggle to open it. A shower door/curtain will do to avoid so much water on the floor

The place was a bit lacking in terms of esthetics inside the rooms. A fresh coat of paint and maybe better headboard would do the trick.

The location of the place is ideal, there's shopping malls close by and the the beach is very close. The view of the place is breathe taking 😍🔥

the check in time is a bit late, perpaps 12:00 would be better - in winter if you get there by 2 (check in time) by 17:30 it's already dark and you can't enjoy the view (especially if you are staying for 1 night) and it such a nice place

Hot water once opened and running took awhile to get hot. Please change the toilet brush to a closed one and the patio light wasn’t working.

Driving easy to other part of durban.

The area is situated next to the national road but to get to the beach you have to drive about 2km. That is is the most disappointing part because the pictures on advert shows as If you can walk to the beach.

Breakfast could've been better. Baked beans and mushrooms could've been added. Variety of the menu too, maybe add an omelette.

Enjoyed the view of the sea from my room. Staff was very friendly. The guy at the reception was kind.
