The dishwasher did not work so alot of time was spent on washing up. The washing machine door did not close so washing had to be done by hand especially the clothes from the pool and beach. The 3 bedrooms were extremely hot as there was no air-conditioning in there and the TV's in all the rooms did not work. The jacuzzi was also not working. There was no locks on any bathroom or room doors. The lift is extremely faulty and sometimes does not work at all......but I would definitely come back again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was private. Spacious. The view was breathtaking. There was a pool table that kept us entertained. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery etc. The balcony was spacious and you could relax infron of the ocean view. The person at Leisure Letting was amazing and was on call to always assist.

The patio braai area and furniture could do with an update, as they look a bit weathered.

The location - awesome ocean view The space - even with 8 people it would never feel cramped. The comforts such as full DSTV and a dishwasher The facilities - pool, very close to the beach, entertainment room with table tennis and pool table.

There is an uncomfortable bed in one of the rooms. The bed did not seem comfortable to my kids. On the last day of our stay, DSTV was not working. The apartment does not have access to Wifi

The apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. The view of the sea is breathtaking. There is a sea view from all rooms facing the sea including the kitchen. The apartment has almost everything you need when traveling with your family and kids. The apartment is situated in the center of Margate, which makes it easier to travel around Margate.

Stayed in many places but never known only one toilet roll for 3 bathrooms . For the price you paying at the very least put one toilet roll in each bathroom . Check out is way too early when you have to also clean before you leave ? Must wake up extra early to clean while on holiday to get out in time ? Very off putting

We were provided 1 bath towel for a 3 night stay. Loadshedding switched off a pump in the complex that cut off the water supply totally. We were not informed of this. We were provided 1 bin packet but informed.

This apartment is in desperate need of renovation. Nothing works as it should, including : aircons, jacuzzi, braai (bbq), water dispenser on fridge. The pool table need refurbishment, the padding has no bounce. The lounge furniture needs a good clean, the couches are stained and dirty. The patio or balcony has lovely views but the furniture is broken. Cutlery and crockery is all mismatched. Shower caddies are rusted or dirty. This is a four bedroom 3 bathroom apartment and only one rechargeable light is supplied for loadshedding periods. The TV's in the bedrooms don't work. The dishwasher has a missing wheel on the pull out drawer making loading and unloading very difficult. Overall the apartment needed cleaning, we took off our shoes and walked barefoot on the first day and our feet were black underneath from the tiles. The apartment block behind Santorini is very noisy on weekends, the three back bedrooms facing it were almost impossible to sleep in.
