We couldn’t use the oven since they we’re fixing it for our whole stay we had to use braai stand outside and it was cold

The view and the cleaness

Cockroaches. Curtains are blackish with mould. Ceilings have mould. Ceiling fans are dirty and dusty. Stuffy smell. Sofa covers needs a good wash. There was no washing machine. Shower too tiny. Shower door can be dangerous if hit on the toilet. Braai area to far out to go braai down due to bad weather. Should be allowed to braai on the balcony.

The sea view. Space was ok. Walking distance to all amendments. Peaceful and quite. View of other chalets. Outside well maintained.

This place was amazing. Better than we imagined. A sea facing view. 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was indeed a very good stay

Was just the exit gate didn't work automatically but they did manage to fix it after a few days. Otherwise there was no problem.

The location was excellent. Loved the swimming pool. The staff especially Alton was very helpful.

The listing states NO SMOKING; the signage around the building stated NO SMOKING as does the message in the unit. Yet, the entrance hall/reception area stank of dirty ash and ashtrays; the corridor outside our unit reeked of cigarette smoke and at one point someone connected to the block of flats had to enter our unit and they had been smoking. It left a bitter taste as the non-smoking policy had been a deal-breaker for me. One suggestion - please upgrade the can opener in the unit as it is outdated and does not work.

The flat was clean and well equipped. It was welcoming and well-proportioned for two people. The view over the Indian Ocean could not be beaten. Accessibility to shops and Margate/Ramsgate and related facilities was simple even though the municipality is working on the roads and there are stop-go sections with which to contend.

No toilet paper at all, we had to go out and buy some. No big towels, no complementary hand lotions and bathing shampoo. 1 bedroom had no light, we had to use side lamps. No soap to wash the Bathtub.

The braai facility is a bit far from the flat. The stove did not work. There was a two plate stove but with just one plate working The flat must be fumigated......several cockroach 🪳🪳🪳🪳. An umbrella on the balcony will be nice.

The coackroches in the apartment were a deal breaker. It was like doom was sprayed during the day it made it impossible for me to sleep the first night was coughing and wheezing. And the neighbors who were smoking now and then, the smoke getting in made it impossible for me to enjoy my stay. We didn't have water for two days I couldn't find any water stored for such had to improvise to leave the place clean. It made it uncomfortable for me since it was that time of the month.

Perfect location towards the sea, a walking distance to the shops. My kids enjoyed the Netflix package and free Wi-Fi. I enjoyed the view at night from the sea

I loved the view the area around the property is very clean, the maintenance is well kept. The place is very safe you could sleep with the balcony door open. The host was attentive to our needs.

The shower is to small like you can not really move without hitting yourself to the other side, and the are pest yhooo the place needs to be fumigated soon, pest are everywhere

The place looks the same as it showing on the pictures, the pool is really clean and their WI-FI is good, the are books to read and board games you never get bored.

The facilities were minimum and maintenance needed as some things were broken and others were damaged and needed attention or needs to be fixed.Dstv was promised under facilities but when we got there it was not working.

I loved the sea view from the bedroom and the attractions around Margate.
