Only one side light in the main bedroom was working and the shower drain does not drain quickly, I suspect it may be blocked.

The location is perfect, easy access to the beach and near by shopping centres.

On my first night of stay I noticed the lights in the balcony and corridors outside the kitchen entrance not working.Informed someone about it but was never attended to.Disappointed as it was dark

Very old and needs a lot of upgrading. Just even the basics like a new fan or two. Wasn’t working. Although in bedroom we were given a floor stand fan to accommodate. Also just cleaning can be taken up a nodge. The ceiling was dirty and the curtains… everything was just really old.

The area was great. And had a beautiful seaview. The host was spectacular. For the money we paid - it was good.

Unit’s light sea green walls do not make the units‘ furnishings feel fresh but rather dated although everything is clean and comfortable Stark contrast to the calm white walls of the kitchen.

The beach access was very difficult to navigate with small kids and equipment as it is very downhill, and you have to cross the lagoon before accessing the beach. If the tides are high no access is possible. It was easier to drive from the complex to the Pavillion Restaurant and access the beach from there. Please advise persons about the drinking water access, tap water is not recommended but there is water bottles in the flat, and easily accessible drinking water taps with filtered clean water

We had an amazing stay there for a week. The facilities were very clean, everything was close by. All the necessary amenities were available in the flat. The sea view was exquisite, even though only from the balcony. The swimming pool was beautiful and clean, the kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming. We loved the flat. The weather was wonderful.

No WiFi despite it being one of the facilities listed for the property. Couldn’t watch TV without WiFi (no decoders). Single beds need new mattresses - can feel the bed slats through the worn foam mattresses.

The view was great, the kitchen was well-equipped. comfortable lounge. Good location & close to shops & Uvongo beach. Host very kindly arranged bath towels when we alerted him on arrival that there was only 1, and we needed 4.

The curtains in the main room were all torn and very untidy, when we entered the flat it had a stuffy smell and when we walked into the main bedroom is was absolutely damp. All blankets in the cupboard were smelling very bad and could not be used. Flat is not maintained well

The unit itself would be beautiful if the owner spends some time on much needed upgrades. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and the bath is extremely small. There were no cleaning supplies for the bathroom. The main bedroom had no ceiling light or fan, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and the bedding was not clean. No extra bedding or towels in the unit. The stand fan in the main bedroom is rusted and we had to purchase a lubricant spray to open the window. The curtains are filthy dirty and torn. The cupboards were not usable as the cupboard was extremely smelly with a rotten smell. The 2nd bedroom had the same issues as the main bedroom. The bar stools in the kitchen are rusted, there were 2 forks in the drawer and the unit is not suitably kitted out for a family of 4. The blinds in the kitchen are broken and the plugs are not working. The stove top and oven were dirty, damaged and stained. The floors were sticky upon our arrival and the broom and mop supplied are very dirty. The kitchen sink had no plugs, and we had a struggle to wash dishes. The clothing rack is broken and we had no other way of drying clothes in the unit. The porch was not clean or properly suited to have a meal on the porch - the furniture is very dirty and stained and not properly maintained. We would not suggest that anyone visit this specific unit until such time that the owner has done the upgrades.
