Two seperate locations, adress provided by booking.com was the wrong one. No bottled water in the rooms or even in kettle to make coffee. Parking was provided, but it was a bit of a hassle to get in and out.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and neat. Very accomodating for late arrivals.

The shower curtain spilled water on the floor. We were not issued with a Wi-Fi password.

The room was clean, the pool and the yard in general was very neat. The area was also quiet, it exceeded my expectations. The lady at reception was also very friendly and welcoming.

I really liked the place. Expected the worst because of the reviews but it was quite decent. The staff is super friendly. Precious ensured our stay there was comfortable and that we had everything we need. Loved her. Only thing is there is no pool it was at another house that belonged to them. You can go there if you wanted to swim though no big deal. We were good cause there was a nice place to chill and braai.

The toilet was making water sound all the time. It can be irritating especially at night trying to sleep. Hope they fix it.

Hot water was always available. Provided us with electric Heater since it is cold at night. I also liked the fact that the TV was smart. Friendly staff

Not all parkings had shade. The aircon didn’t work and there was no extra toilet paper. The wifi didn’t work. And it was difficult to do your hair and makeup since there is no mirror close to a power outlet.

It was close to the FNB stadium. It was clean and safe.

I tried to send the property owner a notice via booking.com 5 days before my trip, wanted to postpone since I got sick but they did not respond. Wish they can check and reply to the messages we send

When we get there, the lady didn't know about our booking which we did weeks before, she was not familiar with booking. Com. She was confused to a point where she ended up given us a room which we didn't book for.

Our plans was to have breakfast there every morning , but breakfast was never there.

The staff doesn’t really have any service. They just showed us the room and that was it. They didnt let us know what they offer or dont, they just let us figure out everything on our own. But nonethe less theres a lady named Princess that was really sweet

We didn’t have breakfast but the location was great, I took really beautiful pictures, the lighting was amazing. It was peaceful, clean and value for money. It was at a good price and the experience was great. I would really love to go back again

The electric blanket did not work and it was freezing cold. The wall heater alleviated the cold - a bit. The booking stated we could order dinner and breakfast however when we ordered she said there was no meat - as in, there was no food to order.

Close to Gold Reef City so it was easy to find. The room had most of the standard amenities.

The choice of lighting in the rooms should “warm” white…not “day light” which is too bright and cold/harsh. That is for hospitals.

There was someone streaming a church service next door, very loudly. There was no contingency for load shedding and the water also got cut so we couldn’t shower. For the price, a small microwave in the room would be nice
