The people were a little strange... like they were on edge but I understand. So my point is they had a little bit of a weird attitude

The sharing of the kitchen. We chose room 7 which was literally next to the kitchen and the staff would also use the kitchen which I absolutely understand. But what bugged us was the noise that was made by them at night during 'quiet time' even. That was a bother. Certain rooms had a lot of blankets while the others had none, asked staff for blankets and were ignored to the point where we decided to sleep with the 1 blanket we had, and it was kind of chilly that night. Doors leading to the outside weren't closed or locked at all! People would go in and out and leave them as is, we'd have to close them ourselves because the cold was coming into our room. But overall it was a good stay

The room I pre booked was booked already and got a low cost room as I hate shower, no towels Jst not what I expected doors damaged it was abit offish.

The check in lady was rude, the was no one on the check out counter in the morning. No towels and hangers in the wardrobe. The blankets were ok but not so fresh. The shower and bathroom wasn't clean and the bathroom window was broken in some part. The shower doesn't have a door. It's a place to cover your head at night when other options fail... But definitely not a first choice.

The house and property outside looks beautiful, spacious yard to park.

Toilet doesnt have a door so not proper felt like prison secondly no tv in rooms makes one's privacy less especially if you want rest in your room 3rd this place feels like prison once you enter you cant leave there's no privacy here... you cannot drive out as there's no keys pnly bedroom key you get the rest looks like you need permission if you want to leave

The Hosts are very good welcoming and willingness to go an extra mile to make sure guests feel welcome

I liked the fact that within 30 minutes on the site I could book online. Drive to the location and make a payment only when I get there.

the rooms are small, the bedding is clean but old and they take forever to clean the rooms and bedroom. the kitchen is dirty and busy and it's hard to know who a tenant is and who is staff. it's a bit noisy unless you are in the family room upstairs.

The mattress was hard but it was not really a train smash.

The guy at the reception was extremely friendly, he made us feel at home which is rare nowadays.

The staff was very noisy and always talking all night. There was no hot water to bath in the morning. The shower tap was electrically shocking when u touch it.

We were a group of 10, we thought we would have private toilets, we shared 2 toilets with the rest of the guests in the house, the toilet was always dirty and we were told it's getting cleaned every hour, we share the toilets and shower with the employee, the employee kept on walking around with pj's in front of the guests, which I find it unprofessional, the quality of the toilet paper 👎 there is no hand towel in the bathroom. Doors kept on banging in the middle of the night. They shouldn't allow any booking for a group of 10 as we were told to go sleep at 10 not even keep the volume down and talk softly, we were reprimanded to go sleep. On our check out day, Susan 1 of the employees was very rude to us regarding a pot which we couldn't wash because it was hard and we didn't complain because on Saturday morning we wash the dishes that were on the sink which where not ours and didn't complain, she told us she won't open the gate for us as we need to wash that pot, maybe she's the owner because she was walking around with pyjamas while the guest were sitting at the reception. Someone 1 was taking picture of us through a window without our concerned I guess they'll be using it for their advertisements, Martin was accomodating and trying to make sure we satisfied.

There weren't enough kitchen utensils of every basic kind (spoons limited). The cleanliness can improve. I keep seeing burnt pots not thoroughly cleaned. It seems I can't play movies off of my USB which I hope that can be fixed. I would like to come back again here. The fridge sitting outside gives a bit of anxiety. Maybe have private bar fridges in each room would suffice.

I liked almost everything. The location, the staff and few people, the rooms are great.
