I enjoyed the fact that when we arrived late for check in. You didn't give us any problems, but welcomed us politely. The rooms were so clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

We booked for 4 people but we had only 2 plates and we were offered paper plates when we asked for 2 more plates. Couch covers are worn out. No door and mat at the shower.

Staff from the manager to the security were excellent. Very clean and the location is easy to find The microwave wasn't working butwas replaced the moment we reported it.. Will definitely come back and I recommend this place.

The was always poor connection on the Wi-fi. Windows we not clean. (Although the room was clean.)

The location was perfect, closer to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The water always hot (shower)

Only the parking… but it was well secure with 24/7 armed security, and we clamped our car, we were safe. So it was nice.

It was lovely. I loved the location… the service was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! Well worth the money. Will definitely book again!

Street parking. I was fearful for my car the whole weekend. But the security guys kept an eye on it the whole time. Management didn't notify us that There's no parking in the premises

Noise level. At times there was noise from the floors about mine. However, with intervention from staff it was dealt with timely.

I liked everything about the place

We had a warm welcome from the manager Zain. We arrived around 7 am and Zain checked us in before the 2 pm check in time and that really helped us as we were really tired from travelling. He made sure we were comfortable and the Security was also amazing. The lady from the reception was also very friendly. The place is near Ushaka and the beach which is very convenient.

The microwave didn't have plug point, I had to carry it to the closest plug-in point to warm food. Wifi password did not work or connect.

Everything was in order good clean fresh also friendly staff everything walking distance area safe use to hear negatively ABT the area but staying here has proved to me some people are nonsense and dramatic it's safe and security also on high alert and concerned about the safety of the guest and I'm definitely coming back again Thank Solssand for making our stay a good one 👍😊

We book in for 4 people, two ppl were going to use a bedroom to sleep another two the couches, but when they brought d blankets for the extra two, they were stinking, not clean🫩

The location is perfect next to ushaka marine and beach, no transportation needed was just a very short walking distance. The staff was great and friendly even d management was superb. They have a great hospitality

Excellent Welcome By zain. He is a go-getter. He goes out of his way to make the guest happy. He assisted us with our luggage We came late at night. He went to the shops to purchase some goodies for us. The owner was on site. Very friendly and concerned of their guest. Will come back

The lifts are very small and slow

Breathtaking views. Staff very accommodating, professional and friendly. Security and car guards went out of their wat to assist with carrying luggage and taking care of car.
