Dirty and smelly blankets, torn bed sheets, no door lock only buglar was lockable, no wifi, had paid for a single room with single bed and when i got there they said the rooms are all occupied yet i paid 5 days back via EFT.

The room most specifically the beds could've been more comfortable because it was quite stiff and only had 4 pillows that weren't as fluffy as I would like. The kitchen was descent but the fridge was kinda dirty.

The staff was very friendly and she catered to our needs quite nicely. And the place was quiet especially for the area we were in... The wardrobes where nice and spacious and the carpets were comfortable.

Staff attitude was positive.

Staff was willing to help. The owner does not care. Only one iron fir the whole facility. Door handles broken. No door for the bathrooms. One towel with holes per room. Only old fitted sheet no flat sheet and duvet covers, only blankets.

The place was untidy and dirty from the moment I stepped into the gate. The location feels very unsafe, I would not recommend it.

The room was dirty it can be better , no remote for the TV, mirrors were very dirty , noises around the yard during early hours in the morning , it's a pity I didn't take any pictures or videos. If possible soweto towers can still exceeded to my expectations by giving me one night experience for in future when I'm around Orlando.

Hi my I need you to know that I am not influencing anyone with my opinion but however ,I got there firstly the staff member seemed to be having a bad day which is ok .Secondly I get to my room the shower does not have hot water .The Tv was not working ,the fridge was not working .Maybe I don't know how to use these equipments but another point is that the staff member did not even take me through my room when I got there .I am never ever booking through bookings dot com simply because I don't believe what I see on the internet anymore .I would rather just ask for recommendations from someone I know .

There wasn't hot water to shower The place is dirty even the floor was not clean. Bathroom mirror was dirty. No fridge and electric kettle. Worst of them all there is lots of cockroaches. Lack of management.

I didn't like anything about that dirty place. I had to check out the same day I checked in.

the fact that i was woken up at 12:30 am to move my car because the other guests couldnt park because their reservations were made late, first on ma way to Joburg i was called to say the place is fully booked, they will give me a refund, whereas i booked on monday the 27th of March already and i refused to take a refund, the owner of the place is greeedy and doesnt care about people. you must take this place off your books please, the staff is rude and wardrobes were broken, tv was not working, the door kept banging at night because it doesnt close properly.

There was no breakfast offered, the location is noisy and the other guests were so noisy, there is insufficient parking, the place is terrible and the owner and the staff do not care at all

I called in to let them no my partner will get there before me then I was told they r not expecting me and they r fully booked. . .I was cancelled after I booked weeks before.then my partner and I got stuck in jozi and didn't have a place to stay.we nearly even got mugged looking for a place to go to online.i was told they are fully booked and there are people in the premises already.but I was refunded same day of cancellation.i will never book them again or should I say I will never use booking.com again.
