The unfairness of the people who stay in the complex. They were complaining almost about every movement we did, to a point that my guests and I had to sit in silence for hours because the people in the apartment were threatening us to call the police if we make noise. Wild!

Mercy was friendly and a great host, very helpful too.

Mold on the bedroom window. NONE of the remote controlled window shades worked. The toilet seat was damaged. None of the doors opened/closed smoothly. The bedding was stained as all heck and the duvet was lumpy, 2 of our pillows had a bad damp smell.

There was adequate privacy, the shower head was very nice. The WiFi was decently fast.

In kitchen there is only one knife which is barely good enough to cut a tomato meanwhile zero cutting boards nor thrascans were to be found. Locks on the outdoors and on especially the scissor gates did need a bit of patience to operate.

Neighborhood seems quite quiet and clean. Everything is close, but not center.

The sliding door does not function properly. The shower upstairs leaks through the bath and into the kitchen, almost damaging the microwave and equipment plugged next to it. The bedroom cupboards are not attached as one is sitting under the stairs. The kitchenware is stained, greasy, and rusted. Some lights do not work inside nor the back of the house inside. The staff walks in as they want and does not even knock or ask permission to clean up. The door does not have a locking system to keep the house secured, and the curtains are see-through and torn. The staircase attached to the walls is unstable and keeps flipping or lifting up when you walk on the edge of it. The bath is cracked and dirty. There was no cleaning equipment that was replaced except a mop and an empty bottle of Handy-Andy and dishwasher. Maintenance is weak and security as well.

Checking in and out was so difficult as there was no one to receive us as guests until I had to call for the gate to be opened and for us to receive the keys. Checking our again was the same struggle

I didn’t like the fact that we had to figure everything out by ourselves as the host wasn’t there to do so. Also the couch was dirty, it need some cleaning. There was a day were we spent hours with no electricity (it wasn’t load shedding), just that the host took forever to buy electricity.

The property is dirty, it’s curtains , walls and bathroom. The stove doesn’t work , had to stay a half day without electricity because of property owners poor communication and furthermore, there is a blue long couch that is so unbelievably dirty. I forgot a parcel at the property which is of great importance, property owner is not so available to helping me restore it. My stay was uncomfortable, it has the potential of doing better tho given proper maintenance.

The bedding seemed old, there was no toilet roll on arrival, We couldn't rest on the couch to watch TV as there was someone sleeping on the couch. I understand it's a shared unit but it should be communicated if there will be more guests. The rooms are in very close proximity with each other and the bed leaning on the wall every time you turn the divided wall makes an horrible noise.

The location is perfect and the complex is secured. The price was equal to the service received.

The house was smelling, i think one guest smoked in the passage or their room but the smell got to my room as well so it was bad. The is zero safety, the gate was not locked and when I got there the main door was not locked as well and that was after 9pm
