We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThere was a terrible odour in the corridor when we arrived. The standard room was so small ,considering the bathroom and toilet is in the same room. The pillows are uncomfortable. There is no privacy. Breakfast was a nightmare. The hotel was fully booked and could not cope with the vast number of people who wanted to have breakfast. Our room numbers were taken down and we were told to wait in a line as there were no tables available. I am sure that the hotel was aware of the number of guests that were arriving and should have catered for this as breakfast ends at 10.30 am. Since breakfast was a little late , our checkout time was after 11am by 10 minutes. Our room cards were de-activated upon arriving at the room to take our luggage. We had to go back to reception to activate the room cards to collect our luggage. This process could have been much smoother.
The location is great. Ambience is good. Many helpful and friendly staff
