South AfricaThe lounge floor was a little bit wet we had to mop when we arrived. The coffee table felt like it was gona break at any minutes. The was a renovation going on around the building which makes the place untidy, at least if we were told about it before arriving.
I liked the seaview and the kitchen was fully equipped with all my necessary things. The beds were comfortable.

South AfricaThe floor in the lounge is constantly wet from a leaking air-conditioner. The lounge suite has covers pulled over it, is old and smells. The parking bay for unit 91 is way to small for a SUV.
The view is awesome. The balcony is a nice size.

The sofa covers and bathrooms were a bit too old...needs some sprucing up. We were charged a cleaning cost that was not mentioned in the initial booking fee. The lift system is really strenuous for kids and with many bags...

South AfricaThe unit was not cleaned properly. The feel of the linen, furniture & finishes is dated and uncomfortable. The parking was tight, although the guards availed open parking, which would have been a bit farther to walk.
The staff was pleasant. We had safe dedicated parking. The rooms were large and sufficient for our number.

South Africa1. We were scammed 2. We booked totally another place, when we got there the link was changed to this place 3. If that was not bad enough, this place was even worse than on the photo’s 4. It had a old, pink bathroom, with a plastic toilet and no maintenance is done in years 5. The outside furniture is a pile of trash 6. We have photos of the state of the place 7. The people who works in the complex said they are aware of this scamming problem - it happened before 8. Please refer to HALLOPETER.com - it happened to other people as well 7. We cancelled and refuse to stay there 8. Till today we are still waiting for our cancellation fee - 50% 9. Bookings says they can’t do anything because the client doesn’t respond

South AfricaThe flat was Filthy and it had a smell of mould like it was a room that is not operating. The door was very hard to open. One couch was broken. When we got there, there was a cap of a beer bottle on top of the counter and the floor was wet next to the broken couch when we took a picture to the owner(Sulesh Singh) she did't care..i personally took a pic of the wet and dirty floor her response wa " take a mop and wipe the floor its gonna be dry. She did not show any sympathy ,as for the balcony everything there was dirty it looked more like a storage area then a balcony .Sulesh does not care about the visitors. When i took pictures to show her she sent pics back to me to say it is clean as if i was lying to her...she went on to say the previouse visitors did not brake anything...even after i showed her the pics it like she was disputing everything we saw when we opened the door to her apartment☹️.
The area was very nice and the day guard was friendly.
