Process for entering and leaving the property at the security gate could be improved. Sometimes have to wait a couple of minutes to get the security personnel open for you.

Perfect location and central to Mall of Africa, Sandton and Fourways shopping centres. Felt safe. The swimming pool was clean but was too cold to swim. Well maintained gym facilities. Overall, the stay was perfect. Will defo return and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

When we arrived, there was no staff at reception and needed to phone TotalStay in order to get someone to help us at the property. There was no staff assistance in carrying our luggage. So we needed to carry all of our things from the car to the room. The images on Bookings.com didn't match the actual room as there were images that didn't have the same layout/furniture as the room we booked. We payed and specifically chose to have the room option with an en-suite bathroom, but didn't have an en-suite bathroom in our room. When asking the receptionist, they said that none of the rooms in the building have an en-suite bathroom which was disappointing. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room as stated on the description, so we needed to go to reception to ask for one. Unfortunately, the pots and pans provided weren't clean as it seemed like they still had old burnt food in them, as well as they were scratched and did not look appealing to cook food in. The bathroom had mold in the shower and sink which may be due to not having a window in the bathroom. The TV does have Netflix that they say you can use, however when we attempted to watch something, it would say that there are too many current users watching on the account and thus weren't able to watch anything. The actual room with the bed does not have proper space to put a suitcase, so we needed to put it in the TV area on the floor next to the couch. The rooms don't seem like they have very good sound proofing as you can hear everything on the street and other people in the building.

The location of the apart hotel is close to attractions and places to go. There is also a nice view from the room we stayed in as well as the sky deck had a nice view. The room is nice and clean and feels comfortable... feeling like a small home away from home. The car park is close to the entrance of the building and had nice staff working at reception and the gate. The facilities itself are quite nice.

We asked for a mop and we never received it which made it difficult to clean after ourselves. The room was fairly small from what we saw on the pictures and the blanket and cushion covers really seemed old.

We booked the superior and the standard. The other one had an air corn the other 1 had a 1 bar heater that was cold. That room was very cold and there were no blankets except for the comforter and the bedroom was a bit cold. The bed is small for 2 people

The kitchen the sitting are and the secure doors. The swimming pool is beautiful as well

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the location of the room was too close to the entertainment area. There should be strict enforcement of the rules especially with regard to noise levels after 10 pm

The utensils and cutlery were in good condition and clean for usage

The home away from home feeling. Everything you need is available, from a heater to dishwashing liquid. Staff assisted with no hassle. Convenience of stores close by. Cleanliness of the entire place. The safety of the premises.

The lack of hot water, the water was cold the whole day where you could only get hot water from 3pm. No sense of communication to let us know whereby I had to personally complain about this only for them to only let me know. Reception is always empty, you can’t seem to find help, some of the things they listed are not even in the apartment, such as the iron, you have to beg for one to brought to you. They give you a number, to call for after hours, called it, the person is in Cape Town and has the worst attitude and not willing to help, all he does is redirect, and doesn’t even want to call the other people to get in touch with us? Imagine you need to call 3 contact numbers, while the one they provided you with doesn’t want to help you and all he says is that he is in Cape Town and why are you calling this number? It has nothing to do with him and re directs you to another number.

The corridor was a little bit noisy with guest speaking loudly late at night. Wasn’t too bad but reception warned me that the weekends are very rowdy.

Full kitchen with a fridge, microwave etc was great. It was very clean and got serviced everyday.

Check-in was not an easy process. When we walked in there was no one at reception to assist us and we had to wait outside for a while but eventually we did get help.

The place was absolutely beautiful. It 100% match the pictures and the pool was amazing. I loved everything about this place.

It seemed to be a student accommodation so it got rowdy outside and at some point our sleep got disturbed from all the noise outside our room.
