Some of the warmest staff ever—an incredibly thoughtful team taking care of your room, breakfast, and any questions you may have. Literally offered us a car to go to lunch once. The inner lobby space is so welcoming, with soft music playing into the night and a help-yourself, self-pay bar.

The breakfast every morning was fantastic with different options to try out. The location is very good, we had family staying in Donald Gordon Hospital and it is very close and easy to travel back and forth.

There isn't anything I didn't like.

The breakfast were lovely, the room was super comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the coffee machine they have as well. The location was amazing, only a 7 minute walk away from the mall, and a 7 minute drive away from the zoo.

Breakfast is cooked to order by the most wonderful ladies, who ensure you start your day with a great meal and big smiles. Coffee (key!) is great too.

One of the best local B&B’s we’ve stayed at. The accommodation decor and setting was charming, exceptionally clean and very safe. The location is central to popular activities. Zanele, Abbi and Sinegugu are wonderful hosts and we felt welcome and comfortable at all times. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. We are appreciative that the hosts went out of their way to accommodate vegan dietary requirements. We will definitely be staying at The Ashford on our next visit to Rosebank.

The staff are incredibly friendly, nothing is too much to ask. It really felt like being at home. The frozen meals they will cook for you was an unexpected bonus and great, as, being on my own, I didn’t feel like going out for a meal.

I had a fantastic stay at The Ashford: from the warm welcome upon arrival to the comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated room, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The guesthouse's location is perfect, nestled in Rosebank and central to the mall, sights & schools. The breakfast provided was delicious and no effort was spared.

It was a little bit cold because we were staying in cold times, but electrical blankets fixed the problem and added to the comfort.

The staff was amazing, so nice and kind. Also, the rooms and the common space were comfy, we liked it a lot. There was a security booth outside the guesthouse, so we felt safe and sound. Definitely worth the price.
