We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaOne male staff member who works at the reception was so rude. On 2 separate occasions. But I didn't let him ruin our first family vacation in 17 years. We were also served microwave heated waffles because and I quote "fresh ones take too long to make". Lastly, booking.com indicated that the luxury deluxe apartment had a seaview and a pool view. After talking to the management, it turns out no room of that nature exists. So I'll just verify with the property for any future bookings.
