It was very clean. It was a winter night so it was great that they had an electric blanket. The person who received is Nyasha is so friendly and warm and welcoming.

The plugs went off at times and the power would have to be rebooted. The guy in the next flatlet woke me up at 3 in the morning by knocking on the wall or something and make very loud noises.

The bedding, the entertainment, the beautiful lawn, interior, pool and the service. It was very comfortable and cozy and offered good entertainment.

The bed sheets were stained. There was no tea just coffee and there could have been a dustbin in the room as the one in the bathroom was small. Also the water pressure in the shower was low, my partner and I couldn't shower together, we had to shower separately.

The host welcomed us with such kindness. The room was amazing, calm colors on the wall. Quality linen and very clean. Beds are soo comfortable and place is soo peaceful even with guys working they didnt make much noise. Breakfast is absolutely amazing and fresh. Host offered us a heater since we had a baby and she kept checking if we are okay.There was water outage but host made sure we have hot water to bath and drinking water☺ Felt like home. Will definitely come back here and recommend to family and friends. 1st time staying here but im already inlove. Well done team. Thank you for taking care of us❤

The location was great, I loved the area and even went for a run (on vacation!🤣), the place was clean and quiet, even love the pool although its winter time so we couldn’t swim, I’m bookmarking this place for summer time! but most of all… it’s always a pleasant stay when the host takes good care of the place and guests, Marvellous was great, she allowed me to drop off my luggage at the property before check-in and put it nicely away until I came back in the afternoon, she was available all the times I called her and she was very lovely and relatable, easy to talk to.

The rooms are a little small unless you are a couple. And, there are ants so you must be very vigilant regarding hygiene. They come with a vengeance if you so much as drop a crumb!:). There needs to be more cooking utensils and crockery. As well as more washing up scourers. And the kitchen drawers need a bit of a clean.

I like the familial feel of The Hide. The hostess is lovely. The facilities are good. It is what I would call a guest house rather than a hotel. Great for business trips. The shower room is very big. Good value for money if you are adventurous and want to cook your own food and don't mind not having B&B. Overall, the cleanliness is good, but there are a few areas that need improving.

The cleanliness of the property and the room and the host Marvelous was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth it and highly recommend the place if you are in the area.
