The noise from the corridor, there must be an entrance for guests to their rooms, not from the reception. As we can hear Noise from ppl in the restaurant and at the reception. People sitting in the restaurant can everyone going and getting out of the rooms, which open a risk to be followed by strangers into your room The sheets were smelling perfume of the previous guests and the pillows as well as if they were not changed before we move in.

The shower on our first day was having cold water only and on our last day in the morning the lights in our room were dim after 10 minutes we were in the dark. We didn't know what the problem was, and the management didn't mention anything about it. we thought it was load reduction, but it was not. Since this place is still new, i believe in them that when I revisit again, it will be more than what I expected.

The view was good, and it's a peaceful place i enjoyed. The staff was welcoming they have good customer service. Also, the manager has welcomed us in a good and appreciated manner it shows that the staff learned from her.

The breakfast option was disappointing. The cereal option was corn flakes and wet bex. No continental breakfast. All breakfast options have eggs and zero health breakfast options. Kindly expand the breakfast option. Consider the following to upgrade your hotel to the next level. 1. Kindly put in a bar fridge in a room and fresh milk too. 2. The bathroom sensor light delay needs to be adjusted, I had to keep on waying my hand just to keep the light on. 3. Bed linen needs an upgrade. The quality is below the hotel standard.

The facility it is amazing, beautiful, and very clean. There are lots of options if you love watching TV.

Some facilities issue as the hotel is quite new and we were a large group. The hotel staff tried their best to be reassuring and hotel made a compensation for the 1st night stay that had the most issues.

Good Location, convenient for our activity in Tzaneen, the hotel looks new look.
