Manager's or owner's attitude because of gate security code.

Everything was good expect the fact that the owner didn't send me the security gate pass code so i lost the first night and she was rude when i asked for one more night to compensate me.

We couldn't have breakfast because we had to leave too early. They could have just offered a muffin, yoghurt and a fruit hamper or give us a refund on the breakfast part.

Ant infestation, even on food in fridge. Towels look tired, look out of place based on quality of rooms. Spanish omelette recipe needs work, sometimes had too much cheese. Staff speaking too loudly.

Wedding group of 14, accommodated in family and double rooms. Felt like we were in our own home, great to eat together

We were moved to another similar room because the one booked's TV did not work. The room's curtains were all open and it was VERY hot inside - maybe considering closing curtains on hot days and if known bookings, turn on aircon so long . Bathroom basin plug did not work and the drain was clogged.

The breakfast was awesome as always - well prepared and delicious. Location is perfect, 2km from my office and the facilities are very nice

The accommodation was top notch! Loved the huge rooms and lovely bathrooms. We had a really good stay. The house is ideally located, and it is in a very secure estate, which makes it perfect for anyone to stay at.

Nobody at reception when we checked in - had to fetch staff at the back of the property. Not proper soap in room. Hot water in shower turns ice cold and after a while hot again. Shower head partially blocked and worn. Bathing towels old and too small. TV not tuned in.

Excellent breakfast. Room was big and clean. Bed was really comfortable, and we slept well. Enough hanging space in cupboard, with nearly enough coat hangers. Cold bottled water in fridge was appreciated.

Although at first glance it seems very clean and neat, when looking closer there is a lot of dust in places that should be cleaned e.g. bottoms of chairs in dining room, difficult to reach places etc, but rooms are clean

Lights in balcony were not working & we struggled with seating outside. Chairs could also be more comfortable. The water must run for very long before it gets hot.

Reported lack of hot water in the bathroom, staff responded, but the same occurred for the rest of the stay.

You need to drive or order from a nearby restaurant. The food were good though.

The towels in the bathroom had been used so much they weren’t white anymore. Relatively clean but not nice to look at.

There was another group of ladies that also stayed there and they had absolutely no regard for other people. The made so much noise in the 2 days that we styaed there that made it some what unpleasant. Perhaps when the people book in there should be a sign saying that there are other people staying there and that they should consider the other guests aswell. So we didn't get much sleep because of this.

The place was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much.
