We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaSmall things like my cupboard door didn't close, as it is a quaint little B&B the walls are a bit thin so you can hear TV's and mumbling of the other guests. It's not really an issue, though, as they do have a strict no noise policy from 10pm
Joice was so helpful and accommodating. She always had a smile and was always available on WhatsApp. The breakfast was lovely and tasty. Eggs made to the way you like it. The location was great. Lovely area and close to places of interest. The bed was super comfortable, and my and my in-laws' rooms were large.

South AfricaOne day I will do a tour of all the B&B places I know and teach them how to fry eggs. This applies especially to "easy-over" eggs. Every time I ask for that I get "eggs over cooked". Many restaurants and B&B places I visit I find that when I go for breakfast, I get soft bread and hard butter because it's been in the fridge all night. If I complain, they put it in the microwave and then I get melted butter. Surely, it is so easy to avoid. Take some pieces of butter, put them in a tuperware overnight. They will be safe from ants and soft in the morning.
