Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our veranda was dirty and smelled like urine. No toilet spray... The room smelled bad when one was inside... We had to open all windows, which was not doing any justice during the night.
The rooms were huge and comfortable... Very nice

it showed swimming pool clearly when when we got there we couldnt find any, had to park very far while others parked by their grass next to their rooms.had only 1 sugar for the entire 2 days of stay had to go buy.

Didn't realise the restaurant at Greenway Woods was closed, was counting on eating there as the unit was not self catering but found there were other options nearby such as the gold club. Would also be great if there were block out blinds behind the curtains as the lights from outside (which cannot be switched off) were quite bright in the room.
Good location, liked the golf club next door as an easy option for a meal.

They didn't have enough coffee cups as we were 3 guests and same with the amenities. It would have been nice if there were milk pods and a jug of water in the fridge, as we can't drink the tap water.

Well I wish we had a hairdryer

No bathtubs. Travelling with a small child, usually baths are preferred. The power running out on the day that we were leaving was a bit of an inconvenience. Cleaner could only come to clean for one day only, it would have been appreciated if it was two days after we arrive instead of the morning after we arrive. (3 night stay)
The Location and views are beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and well kept.

The fridge on the floor!! We are old and backproblems, so getting things in and out was really troublesome. And we realy could do with a microwave, even the smallest one, as we had food to warm up.
The beautiful surrounding.. the quietness!!

I had hoped that the housekeeper would replenish the used creamer/sugar, which she hadn't for us, at first I thought she forgot but she just did not replace any finished items for tea. The light in the single beds room is dim however the lamp helps with that.
We booked the family room as well as the room with the 2 single beds. Both were exactly like the pictures. We had stayed in the neighboring estate a few years back, so we knew that we would be in a safe, quiet and tranquil place. The host Shereen is extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, everything worked just fine. Delivery from the restaurant next door (Trinchados) was exceptional. The kids enjoyed the pool and play area.

Couldn't use the swimming pool cause people were consuming alcohol and making lots of noise, no consideration for other guests/children .
We enjoyed our stay there, really exceeded our expectations. Good value for money, would love to visit again.
