Did not get the day’s expenses back but was told that they didn’t charge us for the one days hot pool that didn’t heat up and also for the next days hot pool that the owner and his staff enjoyed.

They did not end up staying overnight but made all unpleasantly loud for us and having purchased drinks at the bar we sought peace inside only to be informed we could not sit there as was for single use of lodge visitors. Blankets only provided in the tent no sheets. No form of lighting provided

AustriaThe cabanas are absolutely not in shape. We got the feeling of being at a teenager camp where comfort and privacy is no topic. Overall the property must have been a place to go twenty years ago. Now there is only a sentimental notion left. We ordered breakfast at 8:00. We had to wait for more than two hours. Almost all guests complained and several filed complains.
There are for sure very positive things to point out: the amazing setting above the sea and the pool cascade.

The photos on the Booking.com website were taken when the place was brand new. The place is badly run down and facilities are in a poor condition. You have to pay R900 extra to get the pool heated which is the main attraction to this place which is in the bundus.

South AfricaThe access road was a bit rough and rocky so I was a bit worried about punctures. Restricted to drinks in the room bar fridge or lodge bar.
Beautiful property with breathtaking views. Very attentive and friendly manager, Mr G, who kindly upgraded our accommodation to the lodge on account of the cold weather, and treated us like VIP's! The pools are divine, I would have spent hours in them had the weather been warm.

Lodge is situated at the best location the ocean views makes it the best ever. The host Nadine is such an amazing and wonderful soul I have no words to describe how such a loving and welcoming person she is, Mr Steven is a darling l, Mr G thank you for always making sure all things are functioning all the time.
