We’re also deeply sorry that our humble Unit 4 didn’t quite live up to the 5-star palace in your imagination. Thank you for your review. Just to clarify — dust mites are microscopic and can’t be seen with the naked eye, nor can they typically be felt. However, we understand that some guests may be sensitive to allergens and experience reactions. We take cleanliness seriously and follow strict cleaning protocols, including regular washing of bedding at high temperatures and routine deep cleaning.

Dear Nosipho, You visited us in the middle of winter, so it’s naturally cold both indoors and outdoors. We provide ample hot water for our guests; however, it’s unfortunate when guests overuse it. When someone in your room showers for an extended period, it’s understandable that the hot water may run out, as your room was the only one connected to that specific geyser. It’s also challenging for me to discipline guests’ children when their guardians do not managing their behavior. Our fish in the pond died due to your children’s actions, which was very disappointing. Despite addressing this issue with them multiple times, the problem persisted, and your late departure added to the situation. Over thirteen years in business, we’ve received many positive reviews across various platforms, and you are the first guest to mention an issue with my attitude. However, repeated damages and disruptions can understandably affect one’s demeanor.

We like to clarify that all our rooms are strictly non-smoking, so the smoke odor you experienced is concerning and unusual. Our team is always on-site and ready to assist with any maintenance needs (if notified). Upon inspection after your feedback, the toilet was functioning properly, but we acknowledge that temporary issues can arise. In the future, please alert us immediately so we can resolve such problems promptly. While snails occasionally appear near outdoor sliding doors after heavy rain or due to past flood conditions in the area, we recognize this should not affect your indoor experience.
