Really beautifully incorporated into the bush, extremely comfortable rooms with beautiful views into the bush. Food was so delicious , personal service, made us feel so special.

Nothing. The signal is limited and WIFI is only available in the common areas but we were happy to have some time offline.

The lodge is stunning with a great location as well. The staff were absolutely on point and we had so much fun we stayed an extra night! We had great animal sightings as well seeing 4 of the Big 5. Our room was excellent and the bar drinks selection was excellent. We will definitely come back

There's not much not to like. If pushed, I feel the evening meal was somewhat disappointing; the prawns and fish were overcooked. Re accommodation: the duvet was very heavy - too heavy to sleep under!

The location was excellent and the staff were wonderful: Henry, Robert, Siya, Shay and the others made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The game drives were great, and thanks to Siya, we saw the big 5 - up close!

The weight I put on. It’s very difficult to turn the lovely food away.

We were returning visitors. It’s a 1700klm drive from the cape west coast for us. And so worth it. The staff go above and beyond, the facilities are spot on, the whole team make everything run seamlessly. You come away feeling totally spoilt.

Would prefer afternoon game drive to start a bit later (4pm would be ideal). A slightly later checkout time would also be preferred--we felt rushed to leave the bush breakfast to get back to our rooms and shower/pack/etc before having to leave.

Excellent hospitality and staff; lovely and spacious room, and we also enjoyed hanging out and dining at the main lodge. We very much appreciated how accommodating everyone was with our child and an older grandmother.

The location was in the south of the reserve where most of the Game was, so the location is perfect. Meals are excellent and service brilliant. I love a place with a view and Umzolozolo has a beautiful view with a Warmed infinitive swimming pool. Game drives were Awesome and our guide Nols was a hoot and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend
