The room had only one electrical socket which is also used to plug in the TV and decoder. It is far from the bed, making it impossible to charge and keep the phone closer while sleeping. Water was also an issue, it would go off while showering and take some time before running again. It’s an inconvenience especially when you are on a hurry as it’s so sudden…sometimes it happened while I still had soap over my body and I couldn’t rinse it off. I also noted the sheets on the bed had some black stains…it was a turn off for me. I didn’t expect a hospitality establishment to keep using stained linen.

Beautifully manicured garden, welcoming exterior, ample parking and friendly staff. A staff member went out of their way to help me find a make up artist in the area as the one I had booked disappointed me.

The unfinished pool. Please attend to it. The gate is operated manually. Even though the security guard is available to open all the time, but that’s tiring and sometimes feel for the person who opens the gate even though he is getting paid

- Manual opening of the gate (I found it uncomfortable that I had to tell someone to open the gate for me every time I got out. I felt sorry for the security guys) -The white towels I received at the deluxe room were not up to standard. Dirty and old -Breakfast was proper but not well organized. I have to asked for utensils. You are not limited but you feel limited.

Entrance was in the bush, unexpected, not mentioned, especially in the dark, no tar road.! The local restaurant wouldn't deliver there ! Staff were uninterested, unfriendly. No kettle in room, no coffee etc. No water pressure, had to wait till 8am to get hot water, staff seemed not to care, were still asleep when I looked for assistance .

Disorganized and unprofessional staff. The day time staff mixed roomed and put people who've booked standard rooms to deluxe rooms such that when we got there there was chaos when deluxe visitors wanted their rooms and the staff members was unprofessional in handling that.

No refrigerator in rooms. No backup power supply in case of loadshedding which impacts availability of water which is supplied from a borehole.

The location was convenient. Close to nearby centers within a 3km radius. Great view and serene. Breakfast was great even during loadshedding I could get a fresh cup of instant coffee and freshly cooked eggs.

It would have been good to have a breakfast option. Also we followed Google Maps and it did not take us to the gate. We had to guess and drove around till we found the front gate.

There were a lot of things missing compared to the Louges around Ulundi. There was no kettle to boil water or even small things like tea accessories. No microwave, no portable fridge. The floor mat was only for one person. Water pressure at hand washing basin was very very low. But their price was far expensive than their counterparts who have the accessories I mentioned above. They need to improve their standard because I won't go back there. Their road is too bad, especially for small vehicles.

Nothing much than that at least we had a roof.
