We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaWifi inside the rooms is a little slow. However in the courtyard and shared seating areas it is good enough. Aircon remote was not in the room, however the room is large enough for comfort either ways.
The location is great, lots of Hot Water. Comfortable and enough beds in the room for family. Microwave and large enough fridge in the room. Room 5 is an extra-large room with extra beds for family. Lots of mirrors and lovely deco. Lovely shared seating area outside the room to sit and work with good wifi.The shared seating areas are quiet enough to work and attend online meetings. Room service and cleaning with tissues, soap and coffee items supplied everyday. Extended my stay by 3 nights at the place and staff assisted me at the same rates paid on booking.com. Secure courtyard to park vehicles.

South AfricaThere was no toilet paper in the room. There are cups and a kettle, but no coffee/tea/sugar. We arrived late at night, and no stores were open and didn't know the area, so this was very inconvenient. There were metal stairs by our windows. Since 6am some people went up and down the stairs constantly for almost 2 hours. We came in late, so we barely had any sleep because of this. The blinds in the rooms are broken and don't close the whole way. We felt weird about that. We didn't use the shower, but the sink only had cold water. There was wifi available, but it connects without internet, so it wasn't very helpful.
The beds and linen are very comfortable. The host was super friendly and very courteous for waiting for us to arrive past the allowed arrival time. We had a TV in the room.

It will be nice if you guys can add small complimentary body wash or sope just incase someone forgotten theirs. If too much keep on the premises so we can buy. Pr of there was we did not know
