Upgrades due to the floods lacking urgency. The roads on the farm are in a terrible state when game driving. Can definitely be better maintained by the property itself.

We had such a lovely stay with my family, wished we could extend and stay another day. We were just disappointed that the pool section wasn't functional, my son was heartbroken because that was the one thing he wanted to do. It's not a vacation for him if there's no swimming 😂. We definitely plan to come back again, hopefully the pools will be functional again. Loved the location and how serene and peaceful it was. It was really a lovely experience. The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed. We didn't even need to bring anything for the kitchen. So comfortable and clean. The games were a nice touch too. Good food served at your restaurant. It was truly lovely. See you next time.

Only bind was that there was no water on the Monday morning we left, so no shower before heading off to work.

The restaurant could have more options and more specials when they understaffed and not so busy. I feel there could have been some good food specials and the kayaking could have been for free as there were very few facilities working.

The units were very comfortable, the surroundings stunning and tranquil. the floods damaged alot of the facilities so for the kids it was not Soo good.

No braai tongs to braai- even after requesting. Had to braai with my hands. Still waiting for discount on game drive- not treated well by particular reception staff member.

I think the gardens are left to rain. If they invested a lot in watering the lawns am sure the green will make it s place to die for. Waiting for rain isn’t enough.

The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned on our arrival, the pool side does not have enough chairs and don't have cushions especially the relaxing chairs.

The area is quiet just what we needed to relax and gather your thoughts and get away from the everyday city lifestyle.

Poor service at the restaurant. Ordered pizza and it was not edible, could not even take a bite from it. It is remote with not network, no wifi was provided. The chalet could so with landlines incase of emergency.

Having no access to cellphone network was distressing at times.

The chalet was well equipped with all necessities and very spacious. The extra blankets and bedding was wonderful. The Rare Game drive was also a great experience. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The kids play area is the best. Lots to do.

Pls give directions from plk side also. We had to navigate and used the 60km gravel road which is not nice on a small car. It was a stress on that loooooong road we nearly gave up our trip coz we did not seem to be Arriving to our destination after 1hour on the gravel road. It would be nice to have assistance at the canoeing. Some nets on the windows wil assist in prohibiting the monkeys to get in the house. We can't alway close the windows we need fresh air too. Monkeys broke the cups and we had to pay.

The place is clean and very relaxing! The children enjoyed the activities.

Our room had a staunch smell when we walked in and they did not clean the bathrooms properly. We found spider webs in the corners of the bathroom ceiling and the smell was very unpleasant. The gravel road to the property was a nightmare. We were never informed that there are two routes to the property and we ended up taking the 60KM gravel road. Our car got stuck in the sand and we were stuck for almost an hour. The staff needs to be intentional with sending guests the accurate location to their resort. I'm genuinely a fan of beekman holidays, and have been to all of their resorts e.g Kiara Lodge and in Mpumlanaga as well, but they need to maintain Waterberg and keep it clean and make the overall experience worthwhile. A solid 5/10.

The staff is very friendly and the game drive with Chandre was definitely the highlight.

The unit we had had no network, and was supposed to have wifi but did not. The food on the first night was not up to standard, But subsequent meals at the restaurant was very nice. The wild animals seemed much less than expected compared to our last visit.
