Overpriced buffet for lunch, rooms were very outdated with bugs in the room due to poor closure of the door from the balcony.

Very dated Bathrooms especially need serious renovations- bathroom door wouldn’t close despite reports it wasn’t working. Even after they came to “repair “ it Safe also needed multiple times of repair before it worked Breakfast and dinner menues almost identical every meal- so you staying fir a few days be prepared to eat the same things daily

The hotel is a bit dated- bathroom very old, slippery bathtub with a shower in it, had a problem with hot water one of the days

The property had everything you could possibly need- complimentary shuttle, pool, gym, golf course, animals Staff were so accommodating from packing breakfast for our early mornings to dropping us exactly where we wanted to go

Well located. Lovely rooms, but no Kleenex or tissues in the rooms. Also, the room service took a very long time to deliver to our room, only after additional phone calls!!

I dont recommend the airport pick-up transfers, as they group passengers, and immigration is so slow that it could be a long wait for everyone. Driver was pretty mean and intimidating when I asked to get a taxi instead to avoid the long wait for other passengers (family was tired from a long journey).

Stunning scenery, amazing view from bar and restaurant. Lovely and attentive staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Decor is dated but clean and absolutely fine.

The hotel starts to age but it was still an extremely positive experience.

As vegans, we always worry if there will be food for us. The executive chef offered to prepare a meal for us every time we ate at the restaurant and it was all prepared with care and it was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The view is exceptional.

The fact that we didn't stay longer!

Smiles from the staff, always. Nothing was too much trouble. A comfortable bed, lots of hot water for a decent shower and a huge choice of hot options, pastries etc. for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and we could see the spray from the Falls from our room but were not bothered by the noise of the many helicopters closer to the Falls. Shuttles into "town" on the hour with lovely aircon as it was hot and humid. Lots of options for outings in the area - the day trip to Chobe is a must.
