While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I do have a small suggestion. It would be great to have some cleaning products available for wiping down surfaces, a few cloths for cleaning and drying dishes, and a dish drying rack.

I absolutely loved so much about this house—the cleanliness, the decor, the outdoor area, the spaciousness, and the comfort. The hosts were also incredibly lovely. The helper was a bonus as well :)

The property was immaculate & within walking distance to the local store. It is an ideal joke for a family. The pool was a bonus.

Large self catering walled and secure property with nice gardens front and back and large outside covered patio area. This gives good cover from the sun and benefits from fans to keep it a little cooler. Next to this is the plunge pool which is a great asset. The two en-suite bathrooms off each the large bedrooms are good. Air conditioning in each bedroom is a real benefit. The large open lounge and kitchen area are serviced by ceiling fans so it can be very warm in there. Over all a very nice property but it is showing its age and is slightly dated. Maybe some slight improvement to the overall atheistic and the addition of a dressing table and mirror in each bedroom would enhance this property. The hosts are very nice and helpful and respond to messages. It's is located in the National Park so there is the possibility that early morning and evening wild animals could be roaming the streets. Street lighting is limited. Local taxi's are cheap enough and cost us 5 USD one way. There is a small supermarket with-in walking distance.

To be honest, nothing at all.

The apartment is so spacious with beautiful furniture but most important is we felt very safe & welcome. The owner really put in a lot to make this property an amazingly cozy home. I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnb places but this one is the best of them all. My family loved it, kids had a great time playing in the house. Wifi is good,I was able to do my work without any issues. Bathrooms were very clean & I loved the showers. We enjoyed relaxing & having our lunch on the veranda looking at the pool & plants. Its very close to the town & shops as well , a few min drive or walk to the Falls, we saw a lot of people walking to the falls from town. Steven & Eleni were so nice & friendly, they’re always available when you need them. I highly recommend booking all activities with them as well, you’ll get better prices. If I have to pick a place in VicFalls again I will not even bother trying other places, I’ll go for this one again cause its splendid.

There was no sound system available, and the television was not connected, which meant we could not use it for music or entertainment. No coffee machine was provided – at this price point per night, one would reasonably expect a coffee machine along with some added luxuries such as an ice maker. The kitchenware was also disappointing: all the knives were extremely blunt, and the glassware consisted of mismatched shapes and sizes, with no complete or comfortable selection. Additionally, there was no cleaning service on Sunday. The bathroom towels were well below standard – small, worn, and with no extra sets provided when servicing was unavailable on Sunday

Lisa was very friendly and helpful with the organizing of the activities, the only negative was that The house was dirty it NEEDS A PROPER CLEANING. And some new towels, bedding and carpets. Think you should be very strict with the lady cleaning the house. Please see this review as positive and not us trying to bad mouth your venue.

Host not so friendly. When we raised certain issues, He became a little aggressive and unfriendly, even wanted to kick us out. I must mention that he later apologized when facts came to light. He can improve, though.

The house was not suitable for a long stay (7days) The hosts were unfriendly The WI-FI was atrocious When asked about the wifi, the owner was rude and made my wife and I uncomfortable Pool was small (less then 2.5m wide) Both the kitchen and bathroom was ill-equipped. There was no microwave and the salt shaker was empty. Bathroom didn't have basic toiletries that is normally found at a lodge (such as shampoo, shower gell) There was only 1 two pin plug available to charge phones and it had to be shared with the TV and fan

The house was good, however the disgusting sewerage smell from the septic tank located under the washing line in the front smelled out the house and meant that we couldn't open the windows on that side of the house. Not a great way to spend Xmas day! I raised this with the owner who said they'd never had the issue previously and perhaps it was the heat. It's hot all the time, so not a valid answer in my books. I raised the issue of compensating us for the smell and he wouldn't come to the party
