They called our guide to make sure he was going when he was running late. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Great location as well.

The staff are warm and welcoming and even packed a take away breakfast the day I was leaving early to the Sahara Desert. The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez. All the staff, the rooms, the food, everything was wonderful! The terrace is a dream I totally recommend it... I also recommend to hire the tour of the desert with them. The private tour is the best service and worth every penny. You can organize guided tours in the city of Fes with guides of great energy and knowledge. Believe it is impossible without a guide. To everyone at the hotel thank you for your hospitality and good service.

Amazing family running the hotel and very kind and generous too.... invited us to eat Morrocan food . The room was clean, modernity and exceptional to a very high standard. The location was good.....clean and organised area.not too far from the large carfour. The pool was massive part of choosing this place and doesn't disappoint. Thanks.to everyone and see you again soon!!
