The location, the facilities are incredible and staff impeccable. Thank you to all of them. I liked the location, it was close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Being able to see the monkeys at breakfast was a bonus! :D

We loved everything! The location, the amenities, the staff. The view is amazing. Breakfast is one of the best we had in Indonesia with a vast variety of dishes, fruits, bread, etc. We truly appreciated the staff as they were always helpful and cheerful. We will definitely come back! There isn't one single thing we didn't like here.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful! The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The best part is that it's small and peaceful, such a relaxed vibe here. And at the same time you are right around the corner of the busy streets (and currently the art market). Loved our stay here!

    The would location was the best part of our stay, a nice walk into Ubud town along the ridge walk. Our room was also lovely and a really nice view! However, was condensation on the windows all day so ruined the view if we were sitting inside. Had a lovely welcome with a free bottle of wine for our honeymoon celebrations. Staff were nice. Breakfast included was great and lots of options

    Amazing environment, luxury amongst the trees and river. Enjoyed relaxing by both the pools and our time in the spa. The staff were so lovely and helpful with everything we requested, my partner was injured during the trip and they helped us with some first aid and followed up asking us how he was the next morning. Room service, restaurant and bar services were fast. There's a minimart across the road for anything else you may need on your trip Again can't stress how beautiful the place is, wish we didn't have to leave.

    We stayed here for a few nights of our honeymoon and the staff were lovely - our room was decorated and staff had left a delicious cake and a lovely note. The setting of the hotel is beautiful, with two gorgeous pools. The larger one is very big and the surrounding trees make it a lovely place to relax in. Drinks from the bar were also great. Room size is good and the bed is big and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful - Dewi & Puspita especially were very good.

    A stunning location in Ubud, which was extremely relaxing. The resort was lovely and the staff were wonderful and helpful, it was a perfect stay and will hopefully go back again soon.
