The staff is very friendly and polite and they really do their best to secure your stay is excellent. Also the breakfast is great with a lot of different options to chose from. Great air conditioning, jacuzzi bath which was a great treat too. The spa was small but you can book for private use for 2 hours which is lovely. It was our honeymoon and the staff upgraded us to a suite and left a complimentary bottle of champagne. The property was so convenient to the beach and nearby sights. We loved the free bike rental which meant we could venture a little further afield. We were a little confused about how to get to the airport and received conflicting advice from staff but in the end the bus left from a stop three minute walk from the hotel and we could pay aboard.
