Location was perfect, in the centre of Malcensine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a 15-20 minute walk away, on the last day we asked the hotel to call us a taxi to our car. We would visit again!

Really perfect stay in the fantastic hotel. Room cleaned everyday, various breakfast, friendly, helpful stuff and on top this lake view. Around 10 minutes walk from the city center.

My partner and I hired a car from Bologna and drove to Malcesine (you will need a car) before heading across to Venice and then down to Tuscany. Malcesine is a hidden gem, the drive down to the lake was spectacular. Our stay at Guesthouse Grandview was magical. The property is higher up and the view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking. Monika, the host of the property was super friendly and helpful with many recommendations on where to visit, eat and swim - we truly felt part of the family with the level of hospitality that was provided from all the staff including the resident dog! The room and property were kept in pristine condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including free parking. If you don’t feel like a drive down to the town there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (which were amazing) otherwise a drive down to the picturesque town only takes about 15 minutes or so where there is a supermarket, as well as many shops and restaurants to explore on the lake. Highly recommend booking this property and exploring what Lake Di Garda has to offer - a must add to your Italian road trip holiday! Everything was just perfect! The rooms are well-maintained, the breakfasts are incredible, I really liked the underground parking, especially when it's 35 degrees outside, and it's very convenient to take your things from the parking lot to your room by elevator. Free bike rental. The beach is very clean, 100 meters from the hotel. But the most important thing is the view. It's so beautiful that there are simply no words. And of course, the highlight is the jacuzzi. We really liked it in the evening! This is the best place, in a perfect location.
