Beautiful Guest House. Very comfortable room with terrace, where we could enjoy some nibbles for lunch and enjoy the view of Mount Circeo. Spacious bathroom with spa bath (as well as shower) which was a treat after rowing on the lake! Loved walk-in closet. Everything nice and clean. Tasty Italian breakfasts and very friendly service - going above and beyond being helpful. We felt really looked after. The "language barrier" was not a barrier at all 😁 Would happily go back there. Grazie mille! Little tip: must visit Cantina Sant'andrea while you're there for amazing regional wines.

The room is nice, has everything, enough space for everything, to do yoga. Bathroom is quite big and comfortable, terrace as well. Also clean and well equipped. I love the location- the park nearby and the beautiful walk path to the sea. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, especially as I traveled alone and without a car. Thanks a lot!!

The hotel is located right next to Sabaudia's long sandy beach, with many rooms offering a stunning view to the open sea. The hotel itself has been built in vernacular style and completed in very stylish, harmonious and well thought-out manner. The staff at the hotel was very friendly to small children, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast is decent and served in a hall with an open view to the sea. There is also an outside swimming pool, a gym and beach seats.

Breakfast was great. They have an exceptional chef for cakes. At morning you wake up with the sweet smell of pie. They have few cats and dogs in the structure which offer a sort of free pet therapy. They are well nourished and well kept. They make a friendly family oriented atmosphere.
