The grounds were pristine and the cabin was beautifully furnished and decorated with nice quality items. This was no cookie cutter rental property. The kitchen was stocked with fresh eggs, milk, butter and jams, assorted teas and coffee. The bed was exceptionally comfortable !

Pauline was a wonderful host who gave us ideas on what to see in the area. We had to leave earlier than normal breakfast time and she still provided a delicious breakfast. We could see she had won many awards for excellence and we can see why as nothing was too much trouble. Bathroom was very clean.

Incredible value, super triple room (#1) offering an "alcove" for 3rd bed...really a small attached 2nd space. Fantastic breakfast and attractive dining room. Very helpful staff when booking and very friendly staff at front desk and in restaurant. Lovely decor all around.

The free parking was big and easy to find. The pricing was good, but we did not try the spa...

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is set in 21 acres of County Meath countryside, just 23 km from Dublin city centre. We only stayed 1 night due to visiting friends in the village, the room was comfortable, light and clean. Check in staff were friendly and helpful, beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t visit the spa due to time limitations and the fact we didn’t really want to pay extra ( would have been nice if it was included) ! Breakfast was really good, plentiful and fresh- staff also brilliant in there too - would definitely stay again
