This is the place where you should go if you would like to eat some amazing Japanese food. It is a traditional ryokan that serves various dishes for dinner and breakfast. I enjoyed spending there 2 nights. The nearby area is full of curios shops and Tsuruga Castle is within 30 minutes on a walk (better to walk following Dr. Noguchi Street, it has a nice vibe) I was traveling by bicycle and they helped me to store it inside.

I loved it. I ate one of the most memorable meals of my life, and loved the tatami room. Private onsen maybe wasn't worth it considering hardly anyone was at the others when I was there, but it was very nice and no regrets! I do wish I had got the slow train from Sendai instead of the fast train, to see the seaside and arrive better situated in relation to the hotel. But that's my fault, but the hotel's! It had great access for some lovely sights, and when the rain started, I just enjoyed the onsen.

Since my room facing Koriyama Station, I can casually watch the Shinkansen come and go from my window. Plus, right across the road you’ll find a five-storey wonderland of watches, cameras, and everything else you didn’t know you needed. What I love most is their super-systematic way of providing fresh towels, bathrobes, and mineral water without entering the room. Full privacy, yet freshly stocked essentials every day. Perfect!

Excellent quality room japanese business hotel, larger than most you'd get. Breakfast was a very good selection. Convenient location easy walk from train station with luggage. Very friendly and professional staff.
