AustraliaVery helpful and friendly staff. The free shuttle bus took us to the start of a hike every morning and picked us up from Nakatsugawa every afternoon. Food was yummy and affordable. Baths were very nice.

View from room is fabulous. Clean and big size for 3 persons in group. Futon are great. Onsen is big and good. There is an outdoor onsen put as a bonus. The surrounding area is quiet and property has its own parking so it’s not a problem if you drive. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is just so so. Limited choices. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The onsen was clean, and the outdoor onsen was a highlight. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were helpful in booking restaurants and taxi when needed. We also enjoyed the karaoke room, and my children liked the video games.
