The onsen bath in your private balcony was fantastic, having the luxury of enjoying onsen in your room. They also had two private onsen rooms which you can book to use for free! Well preserved installations/facilities (tatami floor rooms with a sea view, restaurant hall, lobby, onsen areas). Fantastic selection of food for dinners and breakfast as part of the meal plans, cooked perfectly and served just as well. Finally, and for us most importantly, the staff is simply exceptional.
