The room was big and very nice. There were extra blankets in the closet. The staff were all helpful and very kind. The location is near the station if you come by train. I went by car and there was lots of parking. The water available was great. Nice after a bath.

Great customer service at this hotel! The staff are very friendly. There is a car simulator on the ground floor which is very cool. The rooms are so spacious and big and very relaxing! Loved that we got traditional Japanese clothing items to try as well.
