The place is beautiful, very well kept, clean and tidy. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The onsen was amazing, water temperature was great, everything was clean and nice, I really enjoyed the outside onsen. The food was delicious, very unique with a great mix of flavors and textures. The staff was always very nice and attentive. The price is good for the location and what's included.

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. Excellent service, staff were very helpful and kind. They have a shuttle service and it is great. Hotel is very beautiful, the view is breathtaking. Make sure you save some time to relax in front of the lake to appreciate the view. The food was also excellent.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Amazing experience of a traditional ryokan. The staff was excellent, kind and helpful at all times, rooms were clean and tidy, ours had an amazing view of the lake. You can use most of the facilities for free with some additional ones having a fee. We chose the included dinner and breakfast option, dinner was an amazing experience full of flavors and textures we were not used but definitely liked. Breakfast was pretty good, buffet style, but with both Japanese and western options. In terms of location, I think it’s really good depending on what you want to visit. It is just in front of the lake, and has the red line (i think) bus stop right in front of it, which we used to get there from the train station and to get to other tourist spots around the lake. There’s a lawson just outside, the boat ride in the lake and the panoramic ropeway are also just a few minutes walk away which was very convenient.

The location was amazing, right at the center of the street leading to Zenkoji temple The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome The public bath is another enjoyable feature

Ryokan Asunaro: A Traditional Japanese Inn in Takayama. Nestled just a 6-minute walk from Takayama Station and the Nohi Bus Center, Ryokan Asunaro offers an authentic Japanese inn experience. Very nice Ryokan. Room was super big that had sitting/tea area. We ordered the dinner separately and it was a very nice experience too.

Just a 2-minute walk from Takayama Station, Oyado Koto No Yume offers Japanese-style rooms with a colourful touch. it was totally romantic, we love it, it was close to the main streets, the room was over our spectations, my wife was aided when she need to wear yukata, the personel was lovely and always pay attention to our need, we will come back when returning to Japan

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. I visited Japan in May to enjoy the wisteria in full bloom thinking it will be the highlight of my trip, my stay in this charming onsenji ended up climbing the charts instead. The staff were very attentive to details even before my arrival, checking on meal preferences and customizing a vegetarian alternative for me and my mom. There were countless things to appreciate and admire, the garden, the koi pond, the exquisite food, the yukata and pijamas to chose from, the heated bathroom tiles and your own private onsen. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay despite the room being slightly different to what I have booked due to recent remodeling. We were welcomed by super friendly Demant who walked us through the facilities and kept checking on us to make sure we have everything we needed. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. Everything fine and felt comfortable when our stay. Special thanks for front desk Eri, Marta ＆ Yukio san.
