Outstanding service, all staff were amazing! The room was stunning, offering everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Would highly recommend spending the extra for a room with private onsen - it was heavenly.

The room is beautiful and spacious at a reasonable price, our hosts made us feel so welcome and helped us get a taxi for the next morning to view the unkai. Flawless!

The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, even as we arrived at 11pm! They were even so nice as to still give us a room tour at that late of an hour, and offered to also fetch us to the train station seeing that we were running close to our train boarding time! The place is immaculate, clean and comfortable! I wish we could've stayed more days. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a place to stay while in Asago! 100/100!!

Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě ve čtvrti Kinosaki Onsen v destinaci Toyooka. Everything was incredible. The food was AMAZING and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They provided everything we needed to go to the onsen. It was a fantastic experience.

Kobayashiya -Kinosaki Onsen- se nachází v destinaci Toyooka a poskytuje zahradu, antialergenní ubytování, bezplatné Wi-Fi a sdílený lounge. Jen 2,8 km odtud je Kinumaki Shrine. The service was very good and the staff was friendly. We had a wonderful vacation here.

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The onsen/bath areas were very nice. Dinner was excellent. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Kobe Minato Onsen Ren se nachází 5 minut jízdy taxíkem od stanic Sannomiya a Motomachi a může se pochlubit řadou termálních lázní, celoročním venkovním bazénem s horkými prameny, krytým bazénem,... Meals were excellent. It was the best buffet I've had. It was easy to get to the downtown district of Kobe and a bonus that it was easy access to the airport limosine bus to get to kansai

All of the staff were very attentive. Language barrier was tough because most of them couldnt speak english. However, we met two Indonesian staff who helped translate some of our basic needs. Most of them went along the way to really help us out. One of the things I learned there through their staff, they said "doing the best is our standard". So imagine the kinds of services they will do for you.
