Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Very nice hostel!!! It offers confort, nice common areas, very nice indoor and outside onsen. Staff is really kind, dorms are very clean. I would totally stay here again if I visit Japan again. totally recommended

Everything. The room was so nice, everyone was so kind and friendly. The breakfast is a MUST, Absolutely delicious and affordable. Very near a metro station so it's very convenient.

Featuring a terrace with views of Lake Ashi, Hakone・Ashinoko Hanaori offers a soothing hot spring bath and sauna. The property is situated a 2-minute walk from Togendai Station on Hakone Ropeway. Great views and Onsen on site was luxurious. Amazing buffet dinner and breakfast. Good location to the pirate ship cruise. Very friendly staff and quality rooms.

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Both outdoor onsen are phenomenal, staffs are helpful and nice, breakfast is just amazing. Love every corner of this fantastic hotel.

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Amazing traditional rooms with lot of space. The hotel offers also public and private onsen that it was a very nice experience and also tattoo friendly. The dinner and the breakfast are worth booking. It was the best part of our stay there. Very friendly personel with very good english skills. Easy to access with a direct bus from Gora station, however be careful to catch the last bus as they stop quite early.

The look, the decoration, the room. The employees were supernice. Even though they wore masks most of the time, there are certain people who somehow can smile with their eyes.

I liked the staff/ person that I talked to very helpful, also comfortable place with 4 bed, location and aesthetics of the unit especially is a plus if you have kids(girls) they even have toys to play with. Everything you need is in the unit. Location is not bad, and having a stroller and wheelchair it was accessible for us since there’s an elevator in the building, somehow it closes up so quick.

The staff are very friendly and kind. The private bath with sauna and the beautiful house that we have been. The ryokan is exactly how we wanted to have for our japanese experience, clean and so comfortable with a nice wood bath. Included also an awesome dinner and breakfast! Besides that, the map with a passport is a great idea to know the local shops and very welcome people. By far the best staying! Thank you so much!
