I Matsushima, bare 10 kilometer fra Shiogama-helligdommen og 24 kilometer fra Sendai City Community Support Center ligger Matsushima Koumura. Kjempekoselige de som eier! Ble så godt tatt i mot og de vinket lenge etter oss da vi dro. Rommet var topp og fellesbadet var veldig fint og koselig. Enkel vei inn til sentrum. Rommet var kjempefint og behagelig.

I Kuroishi, 33 kilometer fra Towadasjøen, ligger Tabinoyado Saikawa, som har gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering. This is the loveliest ryokan with incredibly hospitable and genuine owners. The food was beautiful. We felt very welcome and very lucky to stay there.

I Nihommatsu, 10 kilometer fra Nihonmatsu stasjon, ligger mt. Inn(マウントイン）, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights for Drift Matsuri in November. We were blown away by how big our room was. The staff were so friendly, even if they didn't speak a lot of English, but made the effort to help you where they could. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved waking up to the view of the mountains in the distance.

The dinner was amazing - there was a station where the staff prepares a small dish on the spot for you. The onsen was eye-opening to say the least. It is located beside a stream / forest, and it was refreshing to soak in the onsen while listening to the stream flow by.

Takasagoya Ryokan ligger i Zao Onsen. Dette 3-stjerners ryokanet har rom med klimaanlegg, felles bad og gratis WiFi. The owners/staff are extremely kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They allowed me to check in early and even let me use the onsen in the afternoon after checkout.

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. Where to begin? The room was excellent in size and had a nice feeling to it. The onsen was close by. The staff was so kind and service minded. The whole experience with dinner and breakfast was exceptional, especially the staff member whom served us with excellent English. Just the whole experience was quite wonderful.

I Senboku, 7,6 kilometer fra Varme kilder i Nyuto, ligger Aoni Sanso, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en restaurant. It had a private onsen (needs to book with front desk and cost a 150 yen onsen tax) which is quite rare for hotel with this price range. The service and food was also great

Boasting natural hot spring baths, Hohoemino Kuyufu Tsuruya is located a 15-minute walk from JR Tendo Station, 50 km from Sendai. fantastic dinner and breakfast. friendly staff, nice onsen and front desk able to communicate in English.
