The staff were very friendly, it was kept beautifully clean including the swimming pool area where there was a lifeguard on duty all day. We had a full sea view room with balcony which we loved. As others have stated the amount offered for breakfast was mind boggling, so
much to choose from, it was like brunch and we couldn’t believe the price of the room with all that was on offer. The beach was just in front of the hotel, you did have to pay to use it although you could of course walk along the beach and swim.
We were concerned initially about its location to the central train station but decided we’d get a taxi to it which cost us 25euros. However, there is a bus stop a few minutes walk from hotel so we caught the no.4 bus back to the train station which took 25 minutes at a fraction of the cost.

I liked everything about this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the sea view from my balcony was gorgeous. The breakfast was wonderful and the coffee is made for you and not from self serve machine. The two ladies on the front desk were always friendly and enquired about my day. I will definitely stay again when I return to Rimini.

A longtime favourite holiday destination of Italians, Rimini is all about the beach. And with almost 10 miles of sand, it’s easy to see why. It is said that there are 1000 Rimini hotels, and while that might be a slight exaggeration, this Adriatic playground does have more than just sun, sand and glorious sea.
The food is fantastic. Well, this is Italy after all. With some of the best nightlife in Italy, Rimini has a wealth of bars with dance floors, many by the beach, and the next door town of Riccione is a clubbing mecca.
Family-orientated Rimini attractions include the dolphinarium and the Italy in Miniature and Fiabilandia theme parks. A few miles south of Rimini Miramare Airport is Oltremare, a zoo-turned-amusement park located next to Aquafan, a huge water park that becomes a nightclub with foam parties.
For silence and shade, head to Borgo San Giuliano, an area of the town with pastel-painted houses and pedestrian streets. There are also remnants of the town’s Roman past to explore: Tiberius bridge, the Roman arch and the 3rd-century Surgeon’s House.
The colonnades of the Old Fish Market make a pleasant spot for a drink before heading back to your Rimini apartment, hotel or B&B. See Booking.com for the best offers.

Lovely town with 2 different parts of the town, the coast side of the railway line and the town side, both different but good. Characterful buildings, great restaurants & cafes & great beaches. Really handy to San Marino for a great day trip, take your hiking boots & walking legs, the streets can be steep. Glad we decided to go there & would recommend to anyone.

Interesting Roman remains (which I wasn’t expecting).
Interesting Roman remains (which I wasn’t expecting). Piazza Cavour and adjoining areas outstanding architecture. Bicycles and people walking dogs everywhere, but no collisions. City centre a great place for walking with no cars and no traffic lights in old town but heavy traffic elsewhere. A good place to see happy families and with an abundance of cafés and restaurants.

Rimini is a beach resort town.
Rimini is a beach resort town. We visited it in December so we didn't have high expectations. Boy, were we wrong!
The beach area and promenade were full of walkers and cyclists. Traffic wasn't terrible at all. I liked the fact that you could walk along the beach area with having to deal with cars, motorcycles, or Vespas.
The core downtown area is a bit small but not lacking. There were a number of shops and restaurants at our disposal. We enjoyed looking at the various architectures in the area, including the old gate.
One thing we really enjoyed was the pedestrian/bike path that runs from just south of downtown, eastward to the beach area. It was very quiet and relaxing. We never felt ill at ease.
Our original intent was to use Rimini as a gateway to San Marino. However, I think we enjoyed the city more than visiting a new country.

Not a tourist town like other places we have visited. No others speaking English when walking around etc. heard it is very busy in the summer. Took a day trip to San Marino which was so close and worth doing. Food was great and the people were helpful and very nice. Very laid back vibe. You

We had a tour guide to take us around the city and its landmarks, much more interesting city than I thought previously, our guide, Nadia, was extremely knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. There are some great restaurants and bars in the main town, so much more than the beach to Rimini!

Great resort place with countless beaches, restaurants, and shops. Perfect location. The sea, airport in the town, and railway station make it easy and quick to get there and to get to other Italian cities and various places. Beautiful old town. Ravenna, San Marino, and Bologna are very close.
Great hotel, very clean, quality furnishings.
Although room is basic, it is very well organized and all is good quality. Wifi very good
Breakfast is fabulos - especially for Italy. Home made sweets, icecream, fresh juice, but also savory products.
Hosts were really welcoming and very attentive. We had a flight change and they accepted to change our stay without any cost. Really nice of them.
Location is very good at 100m from the beach with restauranrs and shops near by.
On top of this the value for money is excelent.
I travelled a lot all over the world, but Marko's hospitality and genuine care for guest is something special.
There is so warm connection that is established immediately with Marko and you feel welcome and supported.
Hotel is at nice location, less then 100m to the beach and less then 100m to the metro.
Visiting Rimini historic center during night is highly recommended.
Value for the money is unbeatable.
Hotel is nice, the staff was very polite and helpful. Location is great, near the beach and easy to reach the old city of Rimini by bus or even a good walking. The room was clean with all the necessities, a big balcony.
Breakfast was good, tasty and variable, but it was the same menu during the all stay.
Hotel provides vouchers with discount for affiliated beach restaurants, that is a plus.
Placed practically ON the beach! Beautiful view from the seaview room, watching the sunrise from the balcony was supernice! Breakfast was amazing, had the biggest buffet we’ve seen. By far the best breakfast buffet in Italy ‘till now!
Pool was nice and clean! Closed a bit early though.
Clean room/bathroom, no bugs!
Super cheap and great pizza place next door! Parking was pretty close!
Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Room Was beautiful and super clean! We were upgraded once we got there. The location is excellent! Easy 15 minute walk from Rimini train station. Close to shops and restaurants. Great selection for breakfast and very reasonably priced. We also had an Oceanview. absolutely nothing negative to say and again would recommend to anyone!
• Amazing breakfast option. Lot of variety and options to eat. Right from cake, fresh pancakes, crepes etc etc.
• The location is very good. Right on the Rimini Beach.
• Parking is also good. They have a very safe underground parking.
• Lots of restaurants outside and near to the hotel.
• We also used public transport which is just opposite to the hotel.
We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Aria. It was our first time in Rimini and this was such a great first impression for us. We especially loved the breakfast! A big thanks also to the cleaning staff who made our stay even more comfortable with keeping our room very clean every day. Thank you!!!
Hotel is beautiful, great location, right on the beach, parking on site. Room was large, clean, ac, balcony. We had a nice view. Nice bathroom with a big walk in shower. Breakfast selection was amazing, salad bar, fruit bar...biggest sweet selection, some vegan and gluten free choices too.
The staff and the location of the hotel couldn't be any better. One just walks over the street and is on the beach. The employees are helpful and friendly, and the view from a seaside room is unforgettable. We were on halfboard, and both meals were excellent.
The staff was very friendly, location is excellent (right on the beach), cheap parking (5 euros per day), room cleaning was every day, free sun loungers from the hotel on the beach, nice swimming pool, delicious breakfasts - everything was just perfect!
The room was quite ok, comfortable bed, very nice terrace with sea view.
The breakfast was very good with a selection of meats, cheese, cereals, eggs and drinks. Unusual for Italian colazione 😅
The hotel is locate right across a road near the beach.
Reception staff are very helpful and they speak English. The hotel has a very good location and is right on the beach. They clean the rooms on daily bases. The double room is small around 14 sqm. The inside of the hotel looks new and is clean.
The staff was phenomenal. Very helpful, showed us where we can park for 3€ instead of 18€. Almost walked us to the breakfast room.
The hotel is located on the beach, and price of 50€ was fair
Cozy, clean and great hotel located on the beach and with very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and I also recommend to try dinner with traditional Italian menu.
