The view from our balcony overlooking the river was great. With the breakfast/restaurant within the building and the Soldiers Club across the road, together with the close proximity to the shopping centre were an added bonus.

The cabin (family cabin 1) was neat and tidy and felt quite spacious. The bbq on the verandah is very handy but there was a bbq just outside near the tennis court anyway. The park was quiet and across from a beach. The playground was enjoyed by my little one.

We were surprised there was no visitor information centre.
We were surprised there was no visitor information centre. There is not really much to do at Batemans Bay unless you like fishing. Good fish and chip shops but little else unless you went to one of the big clubs.

A lovely area to stay with lots of beautiful bays and beaches to explore.
There seems to be plenty of activities to partake in (kyaking tours and river cruises), but it pays to book ahead to make sure you get to do them.

Room was lovely and bed very comfortable.
Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Views from balcony over water and jetty very nice. Everything was very clean.
Unfortunately they were fully booked and there were no car spaces left under the building. Bit disconcerting when random cars are driving through checking out cars in the undercover parking area.
Bookings.com mention BBQ facilities- there are not. When we came back from a picnic there was a fellow going through the industrial bin belonging to the accommodation.

It's a beautiful little town which is very relaxing to stay at. The only downside is the lack of food options on a weeknight, and lack of quality restaurants. Other than that, we really did love our stay. For a relaxing time away with beautiful views and peaceful, waterfront surroundings, it's really lovely.

The atmosphere is great, the marinas and views of the bay are lovely. Accessibility is great and you are walking distance to alot. Cassies Beach is wonderful and clean - perfect for families with kids.
Sam's Pizza is absolutely divine for a full belly feed at a reasonable price.
The BoatShed had amazing fresh fish and chips!
Unfortunately most businesses and restaurants are closed on Sundays and it is hard to find somewhere to dine.
The cabins were large for our family of 5 and very clean and tidy. The beds were extremely comfortable and our cabin was beach front with heaps of room for the kids to run around. The amities were fantastic as we walked around the resort. Kids loved the jumping pillow and putt putt. Laundry was clean and so easy to use with the washing machine and dryer app. Even thought we only stayed one night it is definitely a place we will book again when we are down that way.
we found after realising we had lost a very expensive piece of jewellery within the hotel. The front desk staff to be very unhelpful as the first thing they said to us was you signed a indemnity against loss and damages when you checked in. Also when we asked where to eat they suggested we eat downstairs. We had never been to Batemans Bay and realised that there were lots of waterfront restaurants which they didn’t even mention. We did report it to the police.
The location was excellent although it did state there would be River and Ocean views. There were only River Views from the room. Batemans Bay, Mossy Point and Mogo did make up for the lacklustre accommodation. 4 Star, I dont think so. Maybe 3 star and 2.5 are for the location.
This place is pet friendly which is why were draw to it. Perfectly located and easy walking distance to the beach, local shops, restaurants and cafes. Has good free wi-fi but no smart TV to watch Netflix or the like on. Plenty of games, books and DVD's if you are interested.
Clean and modern room filled with natural light. Beds were comfortable and suited our family needs. We loved having the Nespresso machine in the room as it just made it that touch easier in the morning. Staff very friendly and helpful which made the stay great!
My family enjoyed their time here. Had so many things for the kids to. The staff was so welcoming when we arrived. It felt like we were at home. Best place we've ever. The place was clean. Thank you batemans bay
My husband had forgotten his jacket and after giving a call to the hotel, they had found it in their lost and found box and posted it back to our home in Sydney for us. Amazing customer service! Thank you!
it was simply an immaculate apartment in a small boutique property that had stunning views into the inlet at Batemans Bay and was located close to everything. just an ideal place in an ideal, location
The hotel is a little dated but has been refurbished well, for under $100 per night it was excellent value. The location in the center of town and right next to the soldiers club was an added bonus.
A very superior motel experience. And, unique for a motel, it has the best cafe in Batemans Bay. The queue of locals waiting to get in proves it. Superb breakfast and lunch food, and drinks.
The location of this property is right in the main town of Batemans Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had the beautiful river views.
