I liked very much that there was a good size towel in the room. The big shower was also very nice and bed was clean and good to sleep. The people at the desk were nice and helped me with my problems. The location was good, because I travelled with bus and there was many busses to take.

The young woman at the desk who jumped up to help us with our luggage every chance she got was amazing (even though we didn't need the assistance). I would return to the hotel just as appreciation for her. Also, the valet always did a nice job parking and retrieving our car.

The suite room was big. There was a standing clothes dryer. I was able to hand wash my soiled kids clothes and dry them. The room was clean. Bathroom had a bathtub with jacuzzi. The kids loved it. I watched the sunrise and fishing boats coming back to dock every morning.

Jeju is a feast for the eyes!
Jeju is a feast for the eyes! We visited in winter and I thought it would be gloomy but I was wrong. During our visit, it's perfectly wintry cold under the sunny skies. We visited UNESCO designated heritages (We got to hike the snowy Hallasan!), museums, parks, beaches, and a ton of restaurants! The food was great! Personally, I think the food and admission fees to the places we visited are affordable and really worth our money. We enjoyed our stay in Jeju a lot that we wish we could've stayed there longer. We will surely be back!

We were visiting in the winter, it wasn't busy and we could get around without any issues. The only day which was more difficult was new years, understandable.
The taxi's are very affordable, often it was cheaper to get a taxi than travel by bus (party of 3).
We found everywhere to be clean and plenty of restrooms.
The downside is that the travel information is often not up to date. We ended up booking a guide one day, if we hadn't two of the attractions we had planned to go to were closed (this was not posted in English anywhere) but the guide knew. One was the Manjanggul Cave, which will be closed for a year by the sounds of it.
The KakaoMap app is handy to workout how to get about and really good for figuring out the buses. KakaoT for taxis, we tried Uber too but it was very hit and miss.
There are a good variety of attractions for all ages. Generally speaking it didn't feel very accessability friendly.
It is worth hiring a guide for a day, not only does it remove the stress of trying to figure everything out but they can also tell you much more about the place than you will get from a guide book.

Jeju Island is nothing short of amazing and beautiful.
Jeju Island is nothing short of amazing and beautiful. My time there felt like a dream, and the only regret I had was that my visit was too short to explore all that this stunning island has to offer. The experience and the feeling of being surrounded by such natural beauty and unique culture are truly one-of-a-kind.
Every corner of Jeju Island seems to be a picturesque postcard waiting to be captured, from its lush landscapes to the breathtaking coastline. I was left in awe of the island's natural wonders, from the volcanic formations to the pristine beaches.
The local culture and warmth of the people added an extra layer of charm to my trip. The island has a distinct character that is both inviting and captivating.
As I left Jeju Island, I couldn't help but wish for an opportunity to return soon. It's a place that leaves an indelibl mark on your heart, and I can't wait to explore more of its wonders in the future."

The list of great things in Jeju is long.
The list of great things in Jeju is long. JeJu city is cool and worth a day or two. Take the city bus tours - one does the city and the other cruises around the coastal parts of the town. It's a hop on and off situation. Then get across to Seogwipo - inexpensive bus from the airport - and bask in the joy of being in this magical seaside town. Give it a few days. The food is amazing everywhere and in this fishing town the seafood is simply amazing. A rental car is a plus at this point as many of the best places need some transportation - do the National Park and the lava tubes as well as some of the more remote beaches. On an island that has 16 million visitors a year it's hard-to-impossible to get into a truly remote beach but then again it's a chance to enjoy people watching in a beautiful place- Koreans do selfies and groupies better than anyone and they appear to absolutely love it.
Wow ! Super location ! Near the city , airport & many famous sightseeing places. Clean , chic and comfortable! Spacious room & bath . Free super fast wifi too . . The weather was cold . However , the hotel heating is very good . Plus the windows has double grill which prevent cold air from coming in .
Moreover pricing is reasonable Good !!
We didn’t need fancy facilities like pool & gym . We have a great time enjoying Jeju yummy food , traveling to all sightseeing places .
And coming back to a Cosy Nice Safe friendly room.
The property is very close to the Coastal Road and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Beds were also not hard, with one bed on the first floor and 2 in the atic.
The property has a little kitchen, equipped with everything we needed for quick breakfast or dinner.
The combini and Mega Coffee are 5-7 min walking distance.
Parking was right in front of the property. ( really recommend a car since the island is quite big)
Good location, near to the airport, and you can have an idea why Jeju airport is the busiest airport in the world. Jeju is a big island, so to stroll around it's better to rent a car. Also near to the Dongmun market and the underground mall. By the way, Dongmun was for me the best local Korean market we have been it. The hotel have great facilities, and options for breakfast in a bakery shop located inside. Great ocean view from the room.
I really loved how the hotel had a very millennial vibe, and some cute art work on the walls of Jeju! The bed was comfy, the room clean, and I slept very well. There is also a bar attached to the hotel, where they serve yummy wine. Super close to airport and within a 5 minute walking distance to the ocean, so you can enjoy the waves. There’s a ton of restaurants nearby and gift shops for some last minute shopping.
The property knows exactly what the guests need: air freshener, loads of toilet paper, towels unlimited,
hair dryer, etc. But what I like most about the place is its clean floors, like no dust sticked on my feet unlike in other hotels I had stayed in Korea before. It’s a quiet place too, I had a good sleep during my 3 nights there. Gonna stay at Yong Stay again when I revisit Jeju.
- The hotel is located in the city center of Jeju Island. However, I wouldn't stay in the city center again, because there is not much to do or see.
- The hotel had valet parking, which was a nice surprise.
- The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable.
- Our stay was not great, but luckily the hotel was also not too expensive.
The location of the hotel is good. The bus stops are within walking distance and the bus network will connect you to the places in Jeju. Although there are no subway systems on this island, it's not expensive to take a taxi from the airport to Shin Shin hotel, besides the buses. There are lots of shops and eateries behind the hotel.
We arrived at Jeju at night and decided to book a hotel that was near the airport for one night. It was about less than 15 minutes' journey from airport to hotel. The hotel rooms were clean and big. It was affordable as well. There are many eateries around the hotel. The staff at the reception was friend and nice too. Thank you.
What I was most impressed is the location of the hotel. It was centrally located within Jeju city. Close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Tour pick-ups from hotel or next hotel (Grand Hyatt) was a breeze.
Desk staff very helpful in booking and getting taxi to the airport, as early at 5.0am. Appreciate that extra mile.
The booking included a 50% discount for the Nanta Theatre, which I could attend and it was such a fantastic experience by itself. The hotel has a convenience store from 7 to midnight, which is extremely convenient. I was traveling for a research visit at Jeju National University, I cannot recommend this place enough!
The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view, the position of the hotel fitted my needs cause I didn't have a car and I only stayed in JeJu a few days so I opted for a place near the Airport and bus stops to move easily around the island. There are restaurants and bars in the youthful neighbouroods.
Location is excellent. A two minute walk to the intercity bus station from where access to anywhere on the island is possible and quite frequent. Lots of convenience stores and local restaurants within the vicinity.
Bed was comfortable enough. Large bathroom. Quiet room.
Clean, modern accomodation near Jeju Airport. The room was a lot more spacious than most accomodations we encountered in Korea and the hotel is conveniently located close to a couple of bus stops which take you to every corner of the island.
The location is perfect in terms of getting transportations. It's very close to airport and a walking distance to jeju city bus terminal. decent price. Perfect place for short-term stay. overall my stay was cost-effective
Very per friendly. Spacious rooms. Chicken and beer place and a 7-11 on site. Full functioning kitchen. Location could not have been better for the northwest side of the island.
Easy access from Jeju Airport. The location is good 10-15 mins from airport, outside hotel there are shops around that you can visit, the room are clean too.
